The HIGHlarious Niecy Nash and her boyfriend of one year Jay Tucker are engaged to be married.

“I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man,” Niecy said to Jay. “I love you so much.

The two are planning on tying the knot in May.

Niecy added, “Falling in love was the easy part, planning a wedding — yikes!”
