In fact, Brazilian news websites this week buzzed with speculation that Madonna was soon to consult Brazil’s world renowned Dr. Ivo Pitanguy, whose Rio de Janeiro clinic is an elite beauty haven, offering masterful surgery and top-of-the-line creams, ointments and serums (the line is available in the U.S. at Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman under the Beauty by Clinica Ivo Pitanguy brand).
