In the life of Lindsay Lohan, even a celebration is spoiled by scandal. While the troubled starlet, donning her ever-present SCRAM bracelet, hung out with pals at LA hotspot Voyeur the night before her 24th birthday, she
was suddenly faced with a fist. “A waitress just hit me- punched me for no reason,” Lindsay claimed on her Twitter page at 1 a.m. on July 2. According to a report, the slap-happy server was envious of Lindsay’s friendship with the woman’s ex, former Hills star Doug Reinhardt. Hopefully, the actress will have better luck during her probation violation hearing on July 6, where the judge may rule that she no longer is required to wear her alcohol-monitoring band. Lindsay, who was placed on probation in 2007 after two DUI arrests, was in hot water with the LA court for missing a hearing while she partied at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
