After a year of bitter breakups, a stalled career and reportedly bad behavior, Lindsay Lohan is vowing a better 2010. The scandal-ridden starlet expressed the need for a clean slate in the new year via her official Twitter page. “2010 is about moving forward, not backward. Leaving the bad (people, habbits [sic], and negative energy behind) time to make changes — right!?!?” she wrote, perhaps alluding to her turbulent relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson and constant partying on the LA club scene despite her 2007 stints in rehab. Lindsay, who received negative reviews for her Ungaro collection in the fall, already seems to be making good on her promise for change — the actress/designer is launching her 6126 leggings brand into a full clothing line.
