According to multiple supermarket tabloids, Kim Kardashian is a fashion icon.
While the reality star certainly tests the limits of style when she’s out in public, is this sort of outfit really something to be admired? Or laughed at?
Moreover, is Kim even original? Over the past few months, Kardashian has been spotted either stealing trends from fellow celebrities, or setting the trends that these celebrities follow. For example:
Is Chloë Sevigny copying Kim’s slicked-back hair in this photo? Or did Kim spy the look on the Big Love cast member and claim it for herself?
Did Kim invent metallic eye shadow as an accessory, as seen below? Or is she guilty of ganking it from Eva Longoria Parker?
Even in her own family, it’s hard to know which sister is setting the bar and which is following along. What do you think of Kim and Khloe’s pompadour? A pomopa-do? Or a pompa-don’t?
