TV veteran James Marsters is engaged!

The actor, who co-starred on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel with David Boreanaz, and also starred on Smallville, Caprica, Torchwood will wed Patricia Rahman.

Marsters, 47, met fashion design student Rahman, 24, at a concert in Amsterdam, according to his rep, and he recently popped the big question in Germany.

James will next be seen on CBS series Hawaii Five-O, which premieres  in the fall and also stars Lost star Daniel Dae Kim. Congratulations to the will-be-newlyweds!
