Former Dawson’s Creek star, James Van Der Beek and fiancé Kimberly Brook are expecting their first baby girl in the fall and he can’t wait! “I’m at every appointment. I’m not going to miss one,” James told In Touch at the Jaguar Night of Music and Luxury event on June 22 in LA. “We are getting as much sleep as we possibly can, as per advice of our friends who have babies.” Including that they are, “Enjoying every second of the journey.” But the couple isn’t getting any advice from his former co-star Katie Holmes telling In Touch, “No not yet!” James and Kimberly met in July of last year and began dating immediately. James announced his girlfriend was pregnant just nine days after the divorce of his former wife and actress Heather
McComb split.
