Comedian Greg Giraldo was scheduled to perform at Governor’s Comedy Club in New York on Friday, and the club is using that time slot for a memorial to the late comic.

At 10:30 pm, DVDs of Greg’s performances will be played to remember his many talents. There will be admission fee and donations will go to Greg’s family.

“We just want to commemorate his life,” said the club’s manager.

So noble. He will be greatly missed.
