If Elizabeth Taylor learned one thing during her previous eight marriages, it’s that she’s probably not cut out for marriage. So #9 ain’t happening.
As much as she loves Jason Winters, “the rumors regarding my engagement simply aren’t true,” the legendary Hollywood actress Tweeted today.
“Jason is my manager and dearest friend,” she added. “I love him with all my heart.”
We reported that Elizabeth Taylor and Jason Winters were engaged Friday. Sorry.

The 78-year-old Oscar winner has been married eight times to seven different dudes: Conrad Hilton Jr., Michael Wilding, Mike Todd, Eddie Fisher, Richard Burton (twice), John Warner and most recently to Larry Fortensky, who she divorced in 1996.
