Could Lindsay return to jail?

Another day, another drama for Lindsay Lohan. The infamous party girl, who spent three stints in rehab in 2007, may face jail time for violating the terms of her probation stemming from her second DUI conviction. According to a report, the troubled starlet has repeatedly missed alcohol education classes, which goes against a judge’s order that she attend every seven days, but her lawyer insists that she made up those classes and has therefore been in “substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation.” Lindsay will return to court on May 20. If she lands behind bars, it won’t be for the first time — the actress spent 84 minutes in LA’s Lynwood jail in November 2007 as part of a plea deal for her two DUI cases.
