After remaining clean and well-behaved on VH1′s Sober House last year, Andy Dick seems to be getting back into trouble. The comedian, who has confessed to an alcohol addiction, was arrested in West Virginia in the early hours of January 23 on two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree. According to a
statement released by the Huntington Police Department, Andy “engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims’ genital areas” at Rum Runners nightclub. The not-so-funnyman was taken to Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, and later released on $60,000 bail. The recent incident isn’t Andy’s first brush with the law˜he was similarly arrested near Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, Calif., after exposing a 17-year-old girl’s breasts in July 2008.
