We don’t know why Adam Lambert is sitting with a bunch of students and singing along with their background music to “Whataya Want From Me.”

But we do know this: it’s just another example of why we love this former American Idol finalist. Anything but pretentious, he’s a man of the people… as long as none of them scream into their cell phones.

P.S. No, current Idol semifinalist Alex Lambert is NOT related to Adam. They share a love of music, not any DNA.
