Chaz Bono had a heck of a run on Dancing With the Stars.

Lasting six weeks in spite of the fact that he really can’t dance very well, Cher’s son showed a lot of courage in the face of adversity and succeeded in being the “different kind of man” he wished he’d had as a role model growing up.

So what’s next for the transgendered star?

Bono’s rep/manager, Howard Bragman, says he took no meetings during DWTS, but is getting together this week to plot out a strategy for the next chapter.

Bragman says he expects plenty of opportunities for Chaz.

Acting, voice-over work, and endorsements will all be on the table, and the longtime advocate of LGBT causes will continue to book speaking engagements.

As for whether he’d be into continuing his dancing career, Bragman claims Chaz Bono is “open to all reasonable discussions.” Hey, if the price is right …

It looks like Kim Kardashian‘s wedding of the century may have turned into the shortest marriage of the year! Amidst reports of a divorce between Kim and Kris Humphries, Ryan Seacrest took to his Twitter page to confirm the sad news. The E! host posted: “Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few mins.”

In Touch previously reported that since the couple tied the knot, the two have spent a limited amount of time together and that their relationship was faked for the cameras. Insiders revealed the couple constantly was seen kissing and fighting and making up on cue.

Kim was seen celebrating pre-Halloween without her husband in New York at Lavo and the Dream hotel, an insider reveals to In Touch. “She looked miserable and spent a lot of time on her cell phone.”

Kim has released the following statement: “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”

For once, the tabloids appear to have gotten it right: Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kris Humphries.

Multiple headlines have screamed over the past few weeks that the 72-day marriage was in trouble, and TMZ now reports that celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser has been hired to complete the legal paperwork.

Kardashian will cite “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the split.

Kim and Kris were married on August 20, in a ceremony that reportedly netted them at least $15 million. There is a pre-nuptial agreement in place. The couple is also co-starring on season two of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, a clip from which shows them fighting.

So, is this all a part of the family’s PR game? Ryan Seacrest has confirmed the news via Twitter – Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few mins – but he produces her shows for E!.

Kris Jenner was married to one of the men who helped acquit O.J. Simpson over 16 years ago.

But in her upcoming memoir – “Kris Jenner… And All Things Kardashian,” due out tomorrow – the wife of Robert Kardashian makes it clear that she believes Simpson murdered his ex-wife, writing in detail about the night of June 12, 1994 when Nicole Brown Simpson was killed.

Jenner writes that Nicole called her the night tragedy struck and asked her to come over for a talk, but Kris declined because she was preoccupied with her family.

The next morning, Kris heard the news and says she “instinctively knew that in some way O.J. had something to do with her death.”

“I truly couldn’t believe she had been so betrayed by the person who she had once loved most,” Jenner writes. “That O.J. would be so destructive and selfish and jealous that he would do that to her was just mind-blowing to me. All these thoughts were running through my mind.”

The reality star adds that Nicole wanted to show her evidence of Simpson’s beatings on the night she died.

“She had been keeping this in physical proof in the form of photographs and, it would, turn out, other evidence, in which she had documented 17 years of abuse.”

O.J., of course, was found not guilty of Nicole’s murder in 1995, but was ordered to pay $34 million to her and Ron Goldman’s families in a subsequent civil suit. He was then sentenced to 15 years in jail in late 2008 for armed robbery. Truly amazing.

A posthumous album from Amy Winehouse will soon be released.

Island Records’ Lioness: Hidden Treasures, featuring 12 tracks of previously unreleased and rare recordings from the late chanteuse, is coming December 5.

At an emotional family gathering last week, the singer’s dad, Mitch Winehouse, wept as he listened to the music, some of which he had never heard before.

“It wasn’t until I sat down with the rest of the family and listened to this album that I fully appreciated the breadth of Amy’s talent,” says Mitch Winehouse.

“From jazz standards to hip-hop songs, it really took my breath away,” her grieving dad said in a statement. “I never realized what a true genius she was.”

Coming from her biggest fan, that’s saying something.

Winehouse never released another album after her 2006 smash Back to Black, but recorded plenty of unreleased material from which her label might choose.

The new album apparently includes one track written while she was on drugs, according to the Sun, as well as a song about a cheating Blake Fielder-Civil.

Also mmong the offerings on the album: a brand new song, “Between the Cheats,” a slower tempo version of her hit “Valerie” and “A Song For You.”

The latter is a cover of the Leon Russell song also performed by Winehouse’s musical idol, Donny Hathaway, so you know that’s going to be good.

Produced by friends Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi over the last few weeks, the album will be Winehouse’s third in all. She died this July at age 27.

A donation from the sale of each album will also go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, established after her death to help those battling addiction.

They became engaged after a romantic proposal on The Bachelorette finale in Fiji, but real life hasn’t exactly been as picture-perfect as a tropical vacation for Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum. “We have our pet peeves, like she’s always full of energy, and not at the most opportune times,” J.P. told In Touch of his bubbly bride-to-be at Riazul Tequila’s third anniversary at the Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel in New York. “I’ll be tired after work, and she’s full of energy!” But the construction manager admits that overall, living with Ashley in their Big Apple apartment is A-OK. “If that’s the worst of it, it’s not that bad at all,” he laughed.

Luckily, Maine-bred Ashley has had no problem adjusting to the hustle and bustle of New York, where J.P. has lived for years. “She absolutely loves it!” he said. “She loves the convenience of everything, and loves the food. She’s had the best meals she could ever have.”

Though the couple has been engaged for months, the wedding plans are still up in the air. “She’s still finishing up school,” J.P. explained of University of Pennsylvania dental student Ashley. “After that all gets finished, we’ll start talking about it. There’s no timeline, but we know it’s going to happen!”

Dancing With the Stars was the inspiration for Kirstie Alley to shed the pounds, and she’s managed to keep the weight off! She has danced every day since she competed on the reality show and happily shared her fitness secrets at the Dance With Me Studios Fall Fantasy Showcase in Brooklyn, N.Y. “We danced our way around Europe to do different charity events,” Kirstie told In Touch as she was accompanied by her handsome dance partner, Sergey Onik. “We dance for a minimum of two hours, and if we hear music playing anywhere else, we dance there, too!” Sergey added.

When asked if her new hot body has helped her on the dating scene, Kirstie replied, “Right now, I’m just dancing!” but admitted, “I always think when somebody really wants something, it will happen, and I sort of half-assed want something. It’s not my priority right now. I’m really having fun dancing and working, and helping my friends and their charities. It’s great to have a tool to use to help raise funds for different great causes. I’m excited about that.”

Although Kirstie is friends with current competitor Ricki Lake, her heart belongs to Maksim Chmerkovskiy. “Ricki is a friend of mine, and I’ve seen a few of her dances. I’ve heard that she’s pretty amazing — but I told her my allegiance was to Maks!”
