Khloe, Kim and Kourtney find themselves in trouble today after releasing a statement on behalf of their upcoming fashion brand that reads: Join the stylish Kardashian klan on September 6th at the private studio of the legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz for an exclusive preview of their fabulous new fashion Kollection for Sears.

The Kardashian Klan? Brought to you by KKK? We wonder why anyone would be offended by such an announcement.

The sisters likely had as little to do with the wording of this statement as they do with the actual line, but still. They’re idiots.

But they are sort of hot. And they’re posing above in lingerie. Study the photo and decide: Which sibling would you rather…

The actress and husband David Bugliari welcomed a son named Milo Thomas Bugliari yesterday at 9:27 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs., and measured 19 inches long.

Milano and Bugliari, a Hollywood agent, got married. in 2009. This is their first child.

In his first interview since splitting from Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony has spoken out and expressed nothing but affection for his ex.

“I’ll always love Jennifer,” Anthony tells ABC News in an interview that will air tomorrow night. “I’ll tell you that it wasn’t something sensationalistic happening. It was a realization on both our parts… These things happen. It was a decision that we made jointly.”

The platinum-selling artist has said very little since he and Lopez announced their divorce.

In a Vanity Fair article a few weeks ago, J. Lo said “I will always respect Marc as a singer and performer. We actually work great together, and he was always very supportive. Together we could make magic – and we did. He will always be in our lives. He will always hold a special place in my heart as the father of my children.”

Rumors have also swirled around Anthony and Jada Pinkett Smith, though no hard evidence exists linking these HawthoRNe co-stars romantically.

“This is not a funeral. This is not a burial,” Marc said. “This is just two people who came together and just realized. . . I’m saying that it wasn’t sustainable the way it was, and that’s that.”

Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Ray-J has some words of encouragement for the newlywed. We talked to Kim’s former sex tape co-star at the In Touch’s Icons + Idols celebration following the VMA’s Sunday night, and he told us he has no hard feelings about her marriage to Kris Humphries.

“I’m happy for everybody. If you’re in love, then I support that,” he told In Touch. “Whether you’re my ex-girlfriend or ex-enemy, you know, everybody’s supposed to be happy. Let’s all just show the love… spread the love.”

Meanwhile, somebody out there hopes to stop showing the love that Kim and Ray-J once shared… by attempting to pull their sex tape off the shelves!

An unknown “buyer” wants to purchase the rights to the steamy home video of Kim and Ray-J that eventually became available to the public in 2007, according to the website TMZ. However, the website also reports that this mystery person (ahem, Kris Kardashian?) will have to fork over $30 million to Vivid Entertainment in order to make it happen.

A lawyer who contacted Vivid reportedly stated in a letter, “The party we represent does not intend to distribute or broadcast the ‘tape,’ but hopes to completely remove it from the market.”

Then again, considering Kim just made this video (link) it’s clear the reality star has no problem with anyone watching her get down and dirty!

Ashley Tisdale was looking gorgeous in a tiny black minidress Sunday night at the In Touch ICONS + IDOLS party at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles following the VMAs. The starlet stopped on the red carpet to give In Touch the inside scoop about friend and neighbor Hilary Duff’s recent pregnancy announcement.

“I am just super, super-excited for her, and she’s so cute with Mike. They’re such a great couple, so I was really happy for them. She’s so tiny still. I don’t know if she’s showing that much but she’s so cute and adorable and absolutely gorgeous. She’ going to be a great mom.” But don’t think Hilary’s convincing Ashley to settle down anytime soon. The actress and singer can now add businesswoman to her lengthy resume. The actress told us about her latest venture in business: her production company, Blondie Girl Productions. “I’m developing a lot of reality shows… TV, movies, stuff that I’m not in, stuff that I might put myself in. I’m more focused on film now being off of a TV show last year.”

While she may be focused on more behind-the-scenes work, she isn’t ruling out getting back in front of the camera — with former castmates Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens! “I love them and I’d love to work with them again one day.”

It really is all over between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva.

The epic, disturbing feud – which included taped rants, allegations of abuse, blackmail and other sordid deeds – came to an end in Los Angeles Superior Court today. It was decreed that Gibson must pay his former lover $750,000 over the next five years. Among other terms:

• Grigorieva will continue to reside in a home owned by the actor in California. Gibson will then sell the estate when daughter Lucia turns 18 and turn all profits over to a trust in her name.
• The parties will split custody 50/50.
• Neither side is permitted to discuss the the other, or the relationship, in public. Judge Peter D. Lichtman specified that Oksana could not write a book about Gibson.

In 2010, Oksana actually turned down a deal that would have given her $15 million. She thought she could earn more from the Oscar winner. She turned out to be very, very, very, very wrong.

Bravo has now made it official: the season two premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will air as scheduled, this Monday night at 10 p.m. EST.

Controversy has surrounded the series, of course, since Russell Armstrong took his own life this month. But the network said in a statement today that the situation will be addressed at the outset of the opening episode.

“Bravo will proceed with the Monday, Sept. 5 premiere date of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” said Francis Berwick, president of Bravo Media. “Given that these episodes were filmed months ago, the producers of the show taped a brief interview this week with several of the cast members to introduce the premiere. Reediting of the episodes is still underway.

“Our thoughts continue to be with the Armstrong family during this difficult time.”

In a new interview with Univision, former boxer Oscar De La Hoya has opened up about the depth of his personal issues, which culminated this spring in a trip to rehab.

“Rock bottom was recently,” De La Hoya said, according to an English-language transcript provided by the network. “Within couple of years, just thinking if my life was even worth it. I don’t have the strength, I don’t have the courage to take my own life but I was thinking about it.”

De La Hoya says he’s been sober for three months and admits, yes, he was unfaithful to his wife. However: “We are obviously not talking a Tiger Woods here.”

Known as The Golden Boy during his time in the ring, De La Hoya retired in 2009 after a 16-year career and 10 world titles. He’s worked as a promoter in the sport since.

“There were drugs, my drug of choice was cocaine and alcohol. Cocaine was recent. The last 2 years, last 2 1/2 years and I depended more in the alcohol than the cocaine,” De La Hoya said. “It took me to a place where I felt safe, it took me to a place where I felt as if nobody can say anything to me, it took me to a place where I just can reach out and grab my mom.”

The athlete says he’s joined Alcoholic Anonymous.

The headline above says it all, but the exciting news is worth repeating: Robert Downey Jr. and wife Susan Downey are expecting their first child together!

The couple wed in 2005, while the Oscar nominee has a 17-year old son from his first marriage to Deborah Falconer. The baby is due in early 2012.

Downey will next be seen in the sequel to Sherlock Holmes, A Game of Shadows. It comes out on December 16 and you can watch the trailer HERE.
