Pharrell and United Entertainment Group (UEG) CEO Jarrod Moses hosted the annual UEG Network Upfronts Party at Tenjune on May 17.

Music’s brightest stars such as Ke$ha, OneRepublic, The Black Eyed Peas, Matthew Morrison, Travis Barker and Kelly Rowland stopped by the Backstage Creations Celebrity Retreat at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards. They checked out jewelry from Dawn Stark Designs, Flirt! Cosmetics, McFadin handbags and even the newly released Justin Bieber: Never Say Never DVD.

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson took son Bronx to a Los Angeles farmers market. Ashlee and Bronx took a ride on the train.

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett enjoyed Memorial Day weekend by taking their son Hank Jr. to the park. Kendra, who wore a shirt saying, “Gold is the New Black,” seemed to be happy to be back spending time with her family after being booted off Dancing With the Stars.

Arnold Schwarzenegger to Face Lawsuit Over Birth Certificate Scam?


Might the wandering penis of Arnold Schwarzenegger land this disgraced politician in major legal trouble?

According to Fox News, Rogelio Baena – the ex-husband of Arnold’s baby mama and former housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena – told a Colombian newspaper this week that he plans to sue the former Governor.

On what grounds?

Rogelio’s name appears on the birth certificate of his 13-year old son, the boy Schwarzenegger has admitted is actually his.

If Schwarzenegger and Mildred Baena – who told the press today she’s disgusted by her family members going public with various scoops and interviews – conspired to falsify a birth certificate, they could be subject to serious repercussions in California.

This is tough news for the movie star. But at least he can take comfort in the fact that he pretty much took Gigi Goyette’s virginity.

Snooki Feigns Injury on Set of Jersey Shore


It looks like Snooki is okay. Physically, that is.

The day after this Jersey Store star slammed her car into an Italian police cruiser (losing her license in that nation), the often-drunk guidette was back on the streets of Italy, filming season four and milking the injury for all it’s worth.

Until the video cameras stopped rolling, that is. Check out these dueling images of Snooki during shooting and in between takes. Is it just us, or is something different?

Says Andre Dimino, the President UNICO, a national Italian American group: “She really is the lowest of the low and will do anything for attention, even hitting a police car. She is our worst ever export and is an embarrassment for Italian Americans and our whole country.”

It’s a Girl for Carrie Prejean!


We may not like anything Carrie Prejean does, says or stands for. But the disgraced beauty queen has found THG’s soft spot: we love babies!

Prejean and quarterback Kyle Boller welcomed their first on May 11, two days prior Carrie’s 24th birthday. Not many more details are available at the moment, but the couple has named their daughter Grace Christina.

We wish the new family all the best. Really, we do.

Angelina Jolie on Brad Pitt: What a Father! Man!


A couple days after Brad Pitt hinted that he and Angelina Jolie really might get married in the near future, the actor’s gorgeous other half has gushed about her significant other.

“I love being with Brad,” the actress told Great Britain’s The Telegraph during promotion for Kung Fu Panda 2. “I’m very lucky with [him]. He is a real gentleman, but he is also a real man’s man.”

Jolie didn’t stop there, though. She specifically referred Pitt’s knack for parenting, saying of this “loving father” that he’s “a very, very intelligent man” and:

“It’s special time for daddy when mom works for a few months. And Brad is such a great dad. When I’m working, he’s putting in the extra dad time, and that’s special for their relationship, too.”

Shenae Grimes: From Starlet to Intern!

She may be a Hollywood actress, but Shenae Grimes isn’t too glamorous for a summer job.

The 90210 starlet recently started a fashion internship in Teen Vogue‘s New York office — and she swears she hasn’t been receiving any special treatment! “I’ve been doing nitty-gritty work in the closet, doing lots of returns, check-ins and merchandising,” the brunette beauty said at the AXE Lounge in Southampton, N.Y., over Memorial Day weekend, where she took some time off from her busy new gig to relax with her father and “near and dear” friends.

The former LA-based 21-year-old certainly looked the part of a New York fashionista in a Wilfred by Aritzia top, leopard print Zara pants and Opening Ceremony shoes.

Adele Postpones Concert Dates Due to Illness


Bad news for the good folks out west: Due to laryngitis, Adele has been forced to cancel five dates on her current North American tour.

A statement on the singer’s website reads:

She was diagnosed last Thursday in Minneapolis, MN, where doctors ordered immediate rest and postponement of that night’s engagement at First Avenue. Adele performed on Saturday evening in Denver, CO (Ogden Theater) which proved too early a return to the stage. Adele’s show last Sunday evening in Salt Lake City, UT was postponed last minute when her illness worsened. Adele has also been forced to postpone shows in Vancouver, BC (Orpheum Theatre) on May 31, Seattle, WA on June 1 and Portland, OR on June 3.

The tour will resume on June 4 in San Francisco, CA.

Passenger of Sean Kingston Blames Excessive Speed for Jet Ski Accident


Just prior to the jet skiing accident that landed Sean Kingston in the ICU, Cassandra Sanchez had the best, most unfortunate seat possible on Sunday evening: she was sitting alongside the singer.

In her first interview since the incident, Sanchez spoke to TMZ and said she urged her friend to slow down during the ride.

As Kingston raced toward a Miami Beach bridge, Sanchez recounts her reaction, as she screamed at the artist: “We can’t fit under there! Are we going to try and go under there? Sean, stop!”

Kingston tried to swerve at the last moment, but crashed into the structure. Sanchez next remembers waking up in pain, while Sean was “coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff” and repeating the words, “I’m hurting. I’m hurting.”

Cassandra and two friends that were on another jet ski signaled for help from a nearby boat.

Kingston was then taken to the hospital (Sanchez says she’s okay, save for soreness in her ribs and jaw), where he’s likely to remain for a couple weeks.

“They have a tube down his throat so he can’t really talk, but he is lucid and understands what’s going on,” she said.

The Glee Project Preview: Covering Katy Perry…


A new cast member will join Glee for seven episodes on season three, and he/she will be selected in a very public setting: via reality television.

On June 12, Oxygen premieres The Glee Project, a summer-long search for the show’s next big star. Creator Ryan Murphy and actor Darren Criss will play key roles in the audition process, while other Glee stars will also stop by and meet the contestants.

New Couple Alert: Hayden Panettiere and Mark Sanchez


Mark Sanchez has guided the New York Jets to back-to-back AFC Conference Championship Games. But questions remain about the quarterback’s decision-making.

Both on and off the field, apparently.

Cameras captured Sanchez with Hayden Panettiere last week, as Rumor Fix reports they entered a hamburger restaurant together and left smiling.

“They seemed very close and very happy,” a witness says, although someone close to Panettiere claims the two are, you guessed it, “just friends.”

Hayden Panettiere split with boxer Wladimir Klitschko earlier this month, while Sanchez has enjoyed his run as a bachelor in NYC. He’s been linked with Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Lindsay McCormick, among others.
