Though everyone’s attention is fixated on the royal wedding today, Susan Sarandon has a different wedding on her mind — her daughter, actress Eva Amurri, is set to wed former soccer player Kyle Martino. And while Susan admits she wouldn’t be tuning in to watch Kate Middleton and Prince William’s big day, she won’t be missing out on any of her daughter’s happiness. “That wedding I’ll be watching!” she joked to In Touch at the Cantamessa jewels U.S. debut celebration. “The save-the-date cards just came out.”

As mother of the bride, the actress says she doesn’t have to worry too much about the details because her daughter has everything under control. “Oh my God, she should be a professional wedding planner, she is so on it,” she says. With a dress already picked out and pre-wedding festivities planned, Susan can just sit back and relax.

And while she is coy about sharing some of the wedding details, she knows one thing: “I’m just looking forward to her having everything the way she wants it, and that will make me happy.”

Rihanna knows that living well is the best revenge. The pop star flew solo at the DKMS 5th Annual Gala in New York City, and it seemed like she couldn’t be happier. When In Touch asked Rihanna, 23, how she enjoys being single now, she smiled, “Who doesn’t enjoy being single!”

While her infamous ex, Chris Brown, 21, still seems to have rage issues, as illustrated during his tantrum backstage at Good Morning America in March, Rihanna seems completely happy and at peace. What keeps her calm and centered in her chaotic world? “Good friends. Good people around you,” Rihanna tells In Touch. “That’s very important.”

Rihanna’s friend, supermodel Iman, agrees. “I think she’s a very strong girl. I’ve met her parents and her whole family and she has a caring family. That helps!”

In Touch asked Rihanna, who is sporting a gorgeous new red hairdo, why she chose the shocking hue, since she’s put all the drama behind her? “Because red is bad-ass!” Rihanna laughed.

A badass hair color for a badass gal. How appropriate!

Rachel Zoe stepped out for the first time after giving birth to son Skyler in late March. And although she’s already lost all of the baby weight, when asked what her secret is, the proud new mom told In Touch, “I swear to you absolutely nothing. I’m nursing. You know what, he was all in my tummy, so after like a week or so it just kind of went down.”

The fashion icon also received brand-name baby gifts galore. “I got the most incredible baby gifts, I can’t even tell you! I got an Alexander McQueen diaper bag and a Gucci diaper bag,” she said.

Meanwhile, Rachel was all smiles when it came to husband Rodger Berman’s gift! “You want to know what I got from my husband for my push present?” she gushed. “I got a Neil Lane ring! I love it.” She went on to tell In Touch, “I’m happier than I have ever been in my entire life. I feel completely content and complete.”

With a diamond that size we’d feel pretty complete too!

At 1:25 p.m. London time, the fairy tale moment unfolded. A crowd of thousands swarmed the landmark to catch a glimpse of the kiss in person.

After waving to the crowd, with beaming smiles, the pair shared and an embrace and a demure kiss while surrounded on all sides by their family.

With cheers raining down, Will and Kate went in for a second, longer kiss. Aww.

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn have gotten hot and heavy quickly, but the actress still hasn’t completely let go of her soon-to-be ex-husband, Ryan Reynolds.

Even though Scarlett asked for the divorce, she wants to maintain a friendship with Ryan — and that’s not sitting well with Sean. “Sean can be possessive and he doesn’t want Scarlett hanging out with Ryan,” a friend says. “Scarlett still wants Ryan in her life, so it’s become the one thing that she and Sean fight about.”

Sure, Sean’s an Oscar-winning actor, but who would want to compete with the Green Lantern?

Charlie Sheen is once again taking shot after shot at Chuck Lorre and Two and a Half Men, claiming both are failures without the Warlock at the helm.

It’s been way too long since the last chapter of this war of words.

In response to Lorre’s comments that Men may go on sans Sheen, the actor says his former boss is a “sad silly fool” and an “A-hole p*ssy loser.”

That and a “low rent, nut-less sociopath,” among other things.

Charlie says he made the show, and the ratings prove his point.

Sheen absolutely unloaded on Lorre in an interview with TMZ at the notion that he would be replaced in a new season, with Jon Cryer getting a bigger role.

He says, “… No one cares about your feeble show without me,” adding, “The ratings right now are not a fluke. It’s a big fat mess. A 2.0 demo. That sucks.”

It does, for sure, but we’re talking about re-runs now. Re-runs only airing because Sheen went off the rails and was fired from the show. Details …

“Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map?” Charlie Sheen laments, undeterred. “The man that put 500 million dollars in your pockets?”

“I busted my ass for eight years to support your vision. They are voting you off the AA island. Even those clowns have no room for you anymore.”

Seriously, Chuck. Think of how many days Charlie showed up hung over. For YOU man. Don’t you have any respect for this upstanding, altruistic artiste?

Dr. Conrad Murray wants raw Michael Jackson rehearsal footage admitted as evidence in his trial, believing it will show that MJ was a mess before he died.

As part of his defense theory, Murray will contend that Michael was a lost cause both mentally and physically, and therefore he should not be held liable.

Murray faces involuntary manslaughter charges for MJ’s June 2009 death.

We’ve seen snippets such as the ones above, but Murray’s lawyers have subpoenaed Sony for the raw footage from all the This Is It rehearsals.

He wants to show the jury what condition Michael was in while prepping for his tour in the days and weeks before he passed away, reports indicate.

While some of the video shows an alert Michael Jackson, other portions, his lawyers believe, will clearly show something is wrong with the singer.

Murray’s lawyers want to argue that Michael was ill or even dying before June 25, 2009, and that Murray’s Propofol injections alone didn’t kill him.

He is also expected to argue that the singer may have injected himself. Will it be enough to inject reasonable doubt into the minds of 12 jurors?

It feels like our Twilight favorites are growing up before our eyes.

In the next installment, Part I of Breaking Dawn, Edward and Bella (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) take their relationship to the next level.

“They make love for the first time, they get married and pregnant,” says director Bill Condon of the film, scheduled for release in November.

Here’s are two newly-released photos of Edward and Bella’s honeymoon:

In EW’s cover story, Rob and Kristen discussed the exotic locations for the film. Much of the vampire honeymoon was shot outside the Brazilian town of Paraty.

“There’s just this incredibly sensual vibe down there,” reveals Condon.

While Jacob, the werewolf played by Taylor Lautner doesn’t get the girl, he does manage to get over her, and in doing so “becomes a man,” says Condon.

At least he gets to ride a cool motorcycle and run around soaking wet in the rain. Sadly, girls, he’s got a shirt on, but you’ll still enjoy the images below.

Grammy-winner Bruno Mars, last season’s finalist Crystal Bowersox and the departing Casey Abrams all performed live on American Idol on Thursday night.

While Casey’s elimination was another surprise in a season packed with unexpected American Idol results, he enjoyed a nice run and proved worthy of a save.

Unfortunately, the judges couldn’t bail him out a second time last night.

President Obama sat down for a talk with Oprah Winfrey yesterday (it will air on her show Monday) and discussed the controversy over his birthplace.

Focused on Obama’s birth certificate, or lack thereof (he released it this week), the “birther” movement questioned his citizenship and eligibility for office.

Typical of our Commander-in-Chief, he laughed it off.

Obama looked relaxed as he said of the birth certificate controversy: “Can I just say I was there, so I knew. I knew I had been born. I remember it.”

Barack can joke about “birthers” … at least a little.

First Lady Michelle Obama, sitting by her husband’s side, raised her hands and said: “He was born here!” But clearly they only find it funny to a point.

President Obama went on to lambast the critics of his birthplace as “carnival barkers going around trying to get attention instead of solving problems”.

He added: “Two weeks ago a huge debate was initiated around where our budget needs to go and during the course of this debate, where I gave a speech and the Republicans voted on their proposal, the biggest news was this birth certificate thing.”

Obama’s birth certificate confirms he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961.

The controversy had been reignited, in large part, by Donald Trump stoking the flames. Trump was also critical of Obama for not releasing his college transcripts, and doubting whether Obama had the grades to get into Harvard.

This triggered allegations of racism against Trump, which he denies.
