Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have a giant, adorable family. But even doting parents of six need a break once in awhile. Especially doting parents of six.

Fortunately, they got it, taking a 27-hour escape at the luxe Amangiri resort in Lake Powell, Utah. For Brangelina, it was a very much-needed rendezvous.

“Brad said he was enjoying a little mommy and daddy time,” a source says of Pitt, who jetted from New Orleans, where he’s been filming Cogan’s Trade.

Sorry, kids. This trip was adults only.

Checking in at 2 p.m., they enjoyed a late dinner and flew their private plane over Lake Powell the next morning. Suites at the resort go for $3,300 per night.

Why? Because they feature stunning desert views, a full-service spa, yoga and “floatation” pavilions plus a fitness center and beauty salon. Nice downtime.

The couple never schedules film projects concurrently, in order to ensure the children are looked after. But you gotta take time to look after yourselves, too.

“Brad and Angie have a truly loving, caring, romantic relationship,” a friend said. “They try to make it possible for to be together as much as possible.”

“That’s what makes them so successful in love.”

Who does the famous Millionaire Matchmaker want to pair up and whose relationship did she put an expiration date on?

“Jessica Biel. I don’t know who I would set her up with yet, I feel like I’d put her in dating detox and I’d feel her out,” Patti Stanger said at Bravo’s upfront presentation in Hollywood on March 30. Patti had more opinions about the end of Jessica’s relationship with Justin Timberlake. “What happened to her happens to every woman in America. We all get cheated on; we don’t know it and they tell us one story while really doing another.” Tsk-tsk, JT.

And Patti admits while she knew Bradley Cooper and Renée Zellweger would never last, she is rooting for a new couple she has masterminded: Jenny McCarthy and Bradley. She adds, “They’re hot together!”

Sadly, when asked what her prediction is for the next Hollywood breakup, she said, “I say Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry.” And another one bites the dust.

Eva Longoria has a new cookbook out called Eva’s Kitchen: Cooking With Love for Family & Friends full of yummy recipes, but the gorgeous star knows better than to pig out on every delicious dish that comes out of her oven. “I don’t eat red velvet cake from my cookbook every day or anything like that,” she tells In Touch. “I have to work at the way I look. It’s exercise and watching what you eat, but also eating things that are healthy anyway.”

That’s why the 36-year-old always uses the freshest foods possible in her recipes. “I grew up on a farm; we had to cook and use ingredients like eggs from the chicken and “the vegetables that we grew,” she explains. “It makes things healthier.”

While not everything in the book is “super low-fat,” Eva believes you can eat what you want in moderation. In fact, her slim and fit Desperate Housewives costars, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman, have a soft spot for her cuisine. “They love my fried chicken with gravy,” Eva reveals. “And everyone wants me to make them my tortilla soup!”

Drew Barrymore has only been dating new boyfriend Will Kopelman for a couple of months, but she’s already making wedding plans!

Drew has thrown herself into the romance, spending nearly every day with Will and avoiding her friends. “Drew’s talking marriage,” a friend says. “She’s totally smitten with Will.”

The friend says that the couple share a unique sense of humor, a love of board games and intense chemistry. “She can’t keep her hands off of him,” the friend adds. “Drew wants to have babies, and she thinks Will is the one.”

But another insider says the 36-year-old actress is just repeating her same old pattern. In fact, both of her former marriages, to bar owner Jeremy Thomas and comedian Tom Green, started the same way — and ended in less than a year. “Drew has a long history of falling for a guy very fast and overdoing it. Her friends have seen it many times,” says the insider.

Camille Grammer is definitely returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

But the show is still seeking a new, irritating, spoiled woman to come on board, and an insider tells E! News it has zeroed in on two contenders: Faye Resnick and Ayda Field.

“If I were to put money on it,” the source says. “I would say Ayda will be the new cast member.”

So, who is Ayda Field?

She is the daughter of a movie producer and actually studied law at Columbia University. But she dropped out to pursue an acting career that has taken her from Days of Our Lives to Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. She is married to British pop star Robbie Williams.

A rep for Field confirms his client has been “approached,” while Resnick will show up again on season two no matter what. Says someone in the know:

“Faye is shooting for the show already because she is an actual friend of the cast. It is still unclear if Faye will remain a friend or become a central character on the show.”

She always has something to say to contestants on Dancing with the Stars, but  Carrie Ann Inaba was left speechless this morning.

That’s because boyfriend Jesse Sloan proposed to Inaba – while she was guest hosting Live with Regis and Kelly!

The event went down during the closing minutes of the show, as Regis Philbin pretended to answer a viewer’s question about how to most romantically pop the question to his girlfriend. From there, the lights dimmed, violinists appeared, Sloan entered… and see the tears flow below:

Jessica Biel isn’t sitting at home crying over her breakup with Justin Timberlake. In Touch has learned that the gorgeous star and some friends hung out with photographer Jimmy Chin at the Hotel Terra resort in Jackson Hole, Wyo., on March 27.

“They met last year when they climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa and have been close ever since,” says an insider.

Jimmy, 37, loves outdoor adventure, say pals — just like Jessica, 29.

Most people wouldn’t expect that the best time to have a child would be in the middle of a successful modeling career, but that’s exactly what Miranda Kerr did. And just two months later she was showing off her old body at Victoria’s Secret Swim 2011 Catalogue Party at Club L in Hollywood.

“It’s just incredible,” Miranda says about her new baby boy named Flynn: “I mean every day it just keeps getting better and better. It’s just a miracle — it’s the best thing I’ve ever experienced.”

And the model, who is breastfeeding, also admits it’s her, rather than her husband, Orlando Bloom, who pulls night duty when the baby wakes up. “I’m the mommy, I’m the one with the boobies!” she says.
