Lindsay Lohan dodged a bullet when Judge Elden Fox ordered her back to rehab last week, rather than remanding her into custody for violating probation.
She’s still paying the price for her actions, however … literally.
The troubled star probation report raises doubts about how much longer she can stay at Betty Ford Center, the pricey desert facility she now calls home.

Prior to Friday’s hearing, LL requested a move to outpatient care after her 30-day stay ended this weekend. But the judge wants her there until January.
By then, she will have been there three months, and a 90-day stay typically costs $53,000. Not a small chunk of change. Jail would’ve been free. Free!
“[Lindsay Lohan] indicates she can not afford to continue to pay for the treatment program and she needs to work,” says the star’s probation report.
The oft-rehabbing wreck believes “her clothing line is falling apart because she is not available to monitor the product,” the probation report states.
But a source says Lohan can work on her 6126 line from rehab, and even had a meeting for her fall 2011 collection with business partner Kristi Kaylor.
“Lindsay is still seeing income from the line, and it’s doing three times better than expected,” the source says. “It’s keeping her busy and productive.”
Lohan also had a movie set to begin filming in November, presumably the Linda Lovelace biopic Inferno, and says she’ll lose that money due to rehab.
Other reports have suggested the film will wait for her release, however, casting doubts on how damaging this rehab stint really is to her “career.”
After all, what good is she if she can’t stay clean and keeps repeating this vicious cycle? Not very. Better to get clean and fully start over when ready.
Besides, there’s also Dina’s new reality show.
The question is: Can she stay clean?
The late Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, is suing Dr. Conrad Murray for the wrongful death of his son, and to compensate him for the loss of MJ’s support.
He’s seeking the modest sum of half a billion dollars.
Joe says the sum is within “the realistic range of provable damages,” broken down as 20 percent for loss of support, 40 percent for emotional distress and the other 40 percent for “loss of comfort, aid, society and companionship.”

For his part, Dr. Conrad Murray says he’s currently broke and can’t settle a lawsuit in any way because his insurance company refuses to cover him. He also says he won’t sit for a court deposition until after his criminal case runs its course.
Murray faces involuntary manslaughter charges in MJ’s death. Being deposed as part of a civil lawsuit would violate his Fifth Amendment privileges.
Nevertheless, Joe’s lawyer, Brian Oxman, says he’s prepared to take the depositions of “more than 60 people” who have info regarding MJ’s death.
As for the absurd, impossible sum he’s suing for, Joe said in an interview with GOOM Radio: “The more you go, the less you get … so I went high.”
Makes perfect sense.
Murray is looking to quash Joe’s lawsuit altogether, dismissing his claims as “pure hearsay” and utter nonsense. We’ll see if he’s successful there.
His criminal defense is likely to be that Michael killed himself with Propofol while Murray had left the room. That trial will likely begin next year.
Those Brett Favre voicemails allegedly left for Jenn Sterger?
Yup, that’s really him, Brett admits, according to Fox Sports.
The Minnesota Vikings quarterback simultaneously denied that any lewd photos – which he’s also accused of sending – were emailed to the former Jets reporter.
ILL-ADVISED: Brett Favre threw more errant passes in Sunday’s loss to the Packers, but it’s passes he made off the field that have him in hot water right now.
Favre, under NFL investigation for potentially violating the league’s personal conduct policy, took responsibility for the voicemails in a meeting with NFL security.
The 41-year-old, who is married, says that while voicemails were indeed left by him (he comes on to Jenn pretty hard, too), he did not send any lewd images.
Sports website Deadspin sparked the controversy October 7 when it posted a montage of voicemails and naked Brett Favre photos allegedly sent to Sterger.
The New York Post reported Saturday that Jenn Sterger, currently the host of The Daily Line on cable channel Versus, is unsure if she will meet with NFL officials.
“Jenn’s willingness to cooperate with the NFL’s investigation is not for sale,” Sterger’s manager, Phil Reese, said. “This decision is ultimately Jenn’s to make.”
The former model, who has remained silent throughout the investigation, hired legal counsel Wednesday, one day following Favre’s meeting with NFL security.
Jenn’s manager shot down reports that a financial settlement from Favre might play into whether she speaks with the league, but she may hold the power.

Two Real Housewives got into one fake fight at a wrap party over the weekend.
Angry at Jeana Keough for giving defaming, inaccurate interviews about her over the last few weeks, Tamra Barney reportedly tried to hand her castmate a cease and desist letter at a Vicky Gunvalson-hosted gathering on Saturday night.
But witnesses told Radar Online the scene turned into “an out-of-control bar” confrontation after Keough refused to accept the document.
“Jeana said to Tamra, ‘You’re a bitch and I’m gonna throw you’re ass in the pool. ‘Then she pushed Tamra, as if she was trying to throw her in the pool,” said the onlooker, adding that Barney responded by tossing a wine glass at her nemesis.
From there, Keough threw her wine glass at Tamra, only to miss and hit another party goer, who proceeded to slam Jeana against a wall!
You won’t believe it, but Bravo was on hand to chronicle the entire brawl.
