Just little more than a month after her arrest for unruly drunken behavior, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is facing the music. Pleading guilty to disturbing beachgoers, the pint-size Jersey Shore star was ordered to perform community service and pay a $500 fine on September 8. Sticks and stones may break bones, but judge Damian G. Murray’s words must have especially hurt the party-loving MTV reality queen. “Going through life rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent — that’s not the way you want to live your life,” he chastised Snooki, who was handcuffed after stumbling and swearing on the beach in Seaside Heights, N.J. on July 30. He also referred to her as a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” just weeks after the troubled actress was released from rehab. “Embarrassed” by her boozy display, Snooki has promised to shape up. “This was a really good wake-up call to calm down,” she told In Touch after the incident.

Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham is multitalented — she can also sing! The actress/pop star is mixing it up with the new video for her debut single, “Sassy,” which she wrote and co-produced (it’s now available on iTunes). The video, which features the song in a mash-up with Kelis’ hit “Milkshake,” was produced by Fernando Garibay, who worked with Lady Gaga on her Fame Monster album.

When one door closes, another opens for Niecy Nash. The comedian, who recently ended her nine-year run as the host of Style Network’s Clean House, is beginning a new life as a wife after getting engaged to her boyfriend of one year, Jay Tucker, Entertainment Tonight reports. “I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man,” Niecy, who was surprised by her fiancé with a ring last weekend, says. The pair plans to wed in May 2011.

As Sandra Bullock attempts to put the past behind her and start a new life as a single mom, a new rumor is circulating that may humiliate her yet again. According to reports, Sandra’s ex-husband, Jesse James, may be starting another family with his new girlfriend, LA Ink star Kat Von D.
The buzz started following Kat’s Wonderland Gallery opening on September 2, when Kat and Jesse, 41, posed together on the red carpet for the first time since they began dating. Holding hands and kissing each other throughout the event, Kat and Jesse seemed unusually anxious to go public with their romance. “I’m so happy,” a glowing Kat told In Touch, adding that she has met Jesse’s kids, Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr., 12, and Sunny, 6, and that she and the Monster Garage star are definitely more than just friends. “Yeah, we’re together — duh,” she laughed. “He inspires me every day to wake up and do my best.” As enthusiastic as Kat was, though, it was her appearance that really raised eyebrows. The 28-year-old sported what appeared to be a baby bump — and that, coupled with her admission that she is in love with Jesse and that he may be “the one” — sparked talk that, just weeks into their relationship, the tattooed pair may be expecting.
