Nearly eight months after he started dating Reese Witherspoon, agent Jim Toth has been spotted at several high-end jewelry stores in Hollywood – and he’s been shopping for the perfect engagement ring! “Reese wasn’t with him, because he wants it to be a surprise,” says a friend of Jim’s. “But he knows her style.
