Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi’s romance crashed and burned last week in what has become the nastiest split in Bachelor history. While Jake cryptically blamed “trust issues” for ending the engagement four months after he chose this season’s resident troublemaker on the show’s finale, others suggest that Jake isn’t who he seems. “The show is edited to make him look like a good guy and Vienna to look bad because Jake is the star,” Vienna’s mom, Tina Scott, tells In Touch exclusively. “But when he first met us, he treated us like he was better than us.” Even worse, Tina claims he was just plain mean. “He was verbally abusive. He even scared my 9-year-old daughter with the way he was speaking to Vienna,” Tina tells In Touch. And his mean streak reportedly carried over to a recent Bachelor reunion show, which was cut short after Vienna, 24, burst into tears. “She was so upset about what he did to her,” says Tina, adding that her daughter was truly devastated by the breakup, while Jake “just wants to be famous.” Vienna might learn how to heal from jilted runner-up Tenley Molzahn. “Once she saw him with a spray tan and bedazzled shirts on DWTS, she realized he was out for himself and wasn’t interested in a relationship at all,” says Tenley’s pal. “That made her feel better.”

PETA may care more about generating headlines (via posters of naked D-list celebrities) than it does about saving the lives of animals, but at least the organization has good taste in women.

It’s named Olivia Wilde the Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2010. Said the vegan House actress in response to the honor:

“Beyond my desire to boycott the torture factories, I am also way happier when I eat a plant-based diet, and I feel about a thousand times more energetic… I am really honored, and very inspired to continue living the vegan lifestyle that has been so good to my body, my animal friends, and the world we live in.”

Bob Harper, a trainer on The Biggest Loser, took this award on the male side.

The Situation. J-Woww. Ronnie. Pauly D. Snooki. Sammi. Vinny. That random chick who bailed in the first episode last season but apparently is back now.

The Jersey Shore cast, in all its fake-tanned, steroid-bound glory, returns in its entirety for an all-new season of debauchery on MTV beginning July 29.

A good thing, too – they definitely don’t get enough publicity as it is.

We can only imagine what the final tallies for shots taken, police reports filed and bodies cold-cocked on the boardwalk will be in Season 2, starting in Miami.

If there’s a city hot enough to handle this collection of hotheads, it’s the South Florida paradise, to which the gang road trips to kick off the season.

Then it’s back to the northeast once the weather warms up, much to the chagrin of the Garden State, which probably wishes it could revoke visas or something.

Responding to the ridiculous rumor last week that his mother was offered $50,000 to pose for Playboy, Justin Tweeted yesterday:

My mom is a moral woman… let’s just leave that one for what it is…because that rumor just grossed and wierded [sic] me out…

Millions of viewers felt sorry for Ali Fedotowsky on this week’s shocking episode of The Bachelorette after Justin Rego’s cheating ways were exposed by his girlfriend.

But away from the cameras, is Ali as genuine and sweet as she appears?

“She isn’t as innocent as she seems,” Justin Rego himself tells In Touch.

While she portrays herself as a romantic longing for the man of her dreams, sources close to Ali describe her as a fame-seeking party girl with dirty secrets.

In addition to a nude webcam photo scandal alleged by In Touch and Star this week, Ali has supposedly been dating Patrick Hammon since the show ended.

Is Ali Fedotowsky dating Patrick Hammon and/or posing nude for webcams?

The dating rumor is interesting given The Bachelorette spoilers we’ve posted, but the naked pics? We have serious doubts. She just doesn’t seem like the type.

In Touch and Star picked up a story from blogger Zack Taylor claiming Ali Fedotowsky posed for some very steamy Webcam shots. There’s only one problem:

“The woman in her underwear is not Ali,” an insider tells Us Weekly (which, it’s worth noting, is running its own slew of potentially bogus Ali stories this week).

As for Patrick Hammon, he tells In Touch, “We are absolutely not dating, we are just friends,” a source close to Ali insists that she hooked up with the guy.

“Right when she got back from filming and even before she left,” says the source of The Bachelorette star. “They’re not so serious, but they’re having fun.”

“He’s good looking and has a great career. He’s smart.”

Al Gore’s sexual assault accuser has been revealed, and Molly Hagerty says she has evidence to support her claim that the former V.P. is a pervert fiending for tail.

Molly, the Portland masseuse who made sexual assault accusations against Gore in 2006, tells the National Enquirer, “Al Gore is a pervert and sexual predator.”

Moreover, “He’s not what people think he is – he’s a sick man!”

The story broke last week, with Molly Hagerty’s name withheld a a possible sex crime victim. Gore was not charged in 2006 or 2009, when the case was reopened.

It’s unclear why police took another look at this just last year for an alleged incident years earlier, but in any case, Hagerty is ready to go public – and tell all.

HER STAINED PANTS: Yep, that’s Molly Hagerty with them. Yech.

She already described Al Gore’s nasty moves in the bedroom … or at least when trying to get her into the bedroom. Now she’s seeking justice, no matter the cost.

It’s been a rough month for the 2000 Democratic presidential candidate, who split with wife Tipper and also battled rumors that he had an affair with Laurie David.

Demanding police launch a full investigation, Hagerty says, “I want justice served,” claiming to have a key witness, secret surveillance footage and … DNA evidence.

We’re guessing said evidence would be the pants she’s holding in the pic above. The image of Al Gore making that stain may be seared into our brains forever.

The first official trailer for Paranormal Activity 2 was released today, as the sequel to last year’s surprising horror movie hit comes out on October 22.

Meanwhile, Danielle Staub Raw – the nauseating, pathetic sex tape released by the most insane, attention-starved of all the Real Housewives of New Jersey – is now available online.

This got us wondering: Which of these films is actually scarier? Sure, Paranormal Activity deals with zombies, death and eerie sounds at night. But Danielle Staub Raw features Danielle Staub… raw!

Queen Latifah is on Team Chris Brown.

The star’s performance at the 10th Annual BET Awards Sunday, which she hosted, was “amazing, just amazing,” she raves. “Not only was it a knockout performance, but his heartfelt emotion … you can’t plan that, you can’t write that, it’s just truth.”

Fans have since argued what the truth actually is – specifically whether Brown’s Michael Jackson tribute on stage was genuine or a shameless attempt to exploit the late King of Pop’s legacy for some badly-needed positive PR.

The Queen says it’s time to forgive Chris.

Queen Latifah has Chris Brown’s back.

“He is young guy, he made a big mistake and he needs to bounce back from that. And he needs an opportunity for a second chance,” she says. “We can’t condemn that kid. He’s a kid and he needs to correct the mistake for the future, not live in the past.”

“He needs to be forgiven. Enough already. We can’t keep beating him up. She [Rihanna] is going to grow, he’s going to grow and we have to allow them both to do that.”
