Michael Jackson’s insane father is not holding back these days.

The latest, outrageous claim from Joe Jackson: That Dr. Conrad Murray was drinking at a local strip club before treating the pop icon on June 25 last year.

That, of course, was the day the world lost the music legend.

A legal document Joe’s lawyer Brian Oxman sent to Dr. Murray – a prerequisite to the wrongful death lawsuit he plans on filing – seriously alleges this:

“On June 25, 2009, prior to treating Michael Jackson, defendant was at a ‘strip club’ called Sam’s Hofbrau in Los Angeles where he had been ‘drinking.’” 

“It was extremely reckless for him to ‘drink’ prior to administering anesthesia to Michael Jackson. He concealed his conduct from Michael Jackson.”

Dr. Conrad Murray calls Joe’s claims “utter nonsense.”

Joe Jackson, who also blames Katherine Jackson and AEG, Michael’s concert promoter, then outlines Murray’s treatment, which he says led to Michael’s death.

His declaration says Michael had “neurological, pulmonary, and anemia signs” for several weeks, and was “confused, frightened,obsessive, and disoriented.”

Oxman goes on: “He had impaired memory, loss of appetite, and absence of energy. He was cold and shivering during the summer rehearsals for his show.”

The lawyer claims these issues were due to Dr. Murray administering a “polypharmacy” of drugs (multiple medications, inc. Propofol) to Michael Jackson. 

“His conduct was inhuman. It was an extreme violation of standards,” says Oxman, alleging that Murray repeatedly ignored the signs due to AEG pressure.

Dr. Murray’s legal team, however, says “The allegations are absolute, utter nonsense,” particularly the strip club bit, as they insist he does not drink … at all.

A rep for Murray says Joe Jackson’s lawyer is just wrong about him being at the club when Joe claims, nor was he at that establishment the night before. 

As the rep put it, “In the weeks before Michael died, Murray barely had time to take a shower.” As for whether Conrad Murray has ever frequented the club?

The rep did not know one way or the other, but one of the waitresses at the club tells TMZ that Dr. Murray was at the club sometime in June of last year. 

A stripper who works there remembers the night before Michael died because she’s a big fan: “It was dead that night. Dr. Murray definitely was not there.”

The club’s says at least twice in recent months, a private investigator came to the club and asked various employees a bunch of questions about Murray.

Is Joe looking for anything he can possibly use to nail Dr. Murray, who also faces involuntary manslaughter charges, or force him into a financial settlement?

Sandra Bullock is definitely not in hiding anymore — and she sure is working hard to put her heartbreaking personal scandal behind her. The star made a surprise appearance — strumming a guitar, no less! — in front of a cheering crowd at the Nashville Rising benefit in the Tennessee capital on June 22. “I’m gonna bring the house down!” Sandra joked while attempting to pluck some strings, though she quickly quit in defeat. “Ok, who am I kidding? I can’t play for crap!” With musicians like Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Miley Cyrus at the event, which raised more than $2 million for flood victims, Sandra was clearly in talented company, but the audience applauded her efforts anyway. And Sandra can use any support she can get — she filed for divorce from husband Jesse James soon after In Touch exposed his secret affair with a tattoo model in March.

NFL Hall of Fame legend Lawrence Taylor has been formally indicted on rape charges following an the incident in which he allegedly hired a 16-year old prostitute.

In addition to rape, a grand jury also indicted him for criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, and patronizing a prostitute. Just sad.

Taylor was arrested in May at a Holiday Inn in Suffern, N.Y., outside New York City. Prosecutors say he paid the girl $300 for sex. He was arrested that morning.

Her pimp, Rasheed Davis, was also arrested.

He denies having sex with her, but LT’s rape defense is expected to be as far-fetched as it us unpleasant to picture – he’s expected to say he merely masturbated.

LT has fallen depressingly far since his football heyday.

As she is underage and the victim of a potential sex crime, the identity of the Lawrence Taylor accuser, who he claims he thought was 18, has not been released.

Legally, that matters not. She said that her pimp “left her no choice.”

In response to the charges, his agent, Mark Lepselter says their legal team “made a strategic decision to not put any of our evidence in front of the grand jury.”

“We look forward to presenting our evidence at the appropriate time.”

We don’t even wanna see the evidence they plan on presenting.

On The Vampire Diaries, Ian Somerhalder play Damon Salvatore, an often-scary blood sucker.

But in real life, the actor isn’t frightened by garlic or stakes to the heart – he’s simply taken aback by the disastrous oil spill in the Gulf.

A native of Louisiana, Somerhalder was front and center at the CNN telethon that raised $1.8 million this week. He’s also devoted the last few weeks to doing all he can to call attention to this region and this catastrophe.

“You know when something bad happens in your life, or something goes wrong – that weird kind of really uneasy feeling you have in the pit of your stomach? I’ve had that for two months,” he told Zap2It, adding:

“Basically, the entire area is shut down. Everyone from the waitress who serves you breakfast to the guy who owns the charter boat to the shrimpers – they all literally rely on the ocean to keep their industry going… Think about how frightening it is when you suddenly, though no fault of your own, can’t feed your children or pay your mortgage.”

Somerhalder is especially outraged over how and why this accident took place.

“All of this happened due to human error – the error is cutting corners, saving money at the expense of safety measures, and a nonexistent regulatory commission,” he said. “The [U.S. Minerals Management Service] gets royalties from the oil industry. How is that any kind of regulatory body?”

It’s a question the admistration most definitely has to answer, as many believe this is the time to enact a serious climate change bill and convince America that government can – nay, must! – play an important role in the free market.

Concluded Ian, who we greatly admire for putting himself out there in this manner:

“It’s time to change, and I think this disaster is the game changer. It feels like this is one of those catastrophic events that truly changes the way that we think.”

Bachelorette contestant Kasey Kahl was finally booted during a date in Iceland, but not before he was portrayed as a lovesick puppy who serenaded Ali Fedotowsky at sunset and seemingly got a tattoo to show her his affections. But according to Kasey, the show just made him look crazy in love. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Kasey says, “I thought [Ali] was pretty, but there was no spark.” On-screen, Kasey seemed to fall hard for Ali, but he insists that isn’t true. “I’m not over-the-top. I didn’t feel like there was a connection. The cameras obviously saw differently,” he explains, though he does admit to being “a cheesy guy.” But he insists the tattoo was not for Ali — just that going on the show seemed like the right time to ink himself. “It’s not like I go around putting girls’ names on my wrist,” he says, but he’s sticking with the tat’s motto. “I want someone who wants to guard and protect my heart. I don’t want to settle for anything less.”

And he may not have to: Kasey has already moved on to a “sweet and awesome” girlfriend named Katie, and for that, he’s grateful to the Bachelorette experience. “The show opened me up to see a lot of things, especially how to develop stronger relationships,” says Kasey. Though he met her before Ali, they didn’t make their romance official until after he went on the show, which she doesn’t watch. “Obviously, it hurts her a little because no one likes to see a boyfriend go after another girl,” he says.

The Bachelor stars Vienna Girardi and Jake Pavelka ended their engagement this week, and the reason(s) behind the split continue to produce amazing gossip.

Not shockingly, the Breakup of the Century dominates the celebrity news tabloid circuit this week, with both sides’ accusations garnering provocative headlines.

In an interview with Star, Vienna says she was “bawling the entire time” when she penned her breakup letter to Jake, and reveals her motivation for leaving:

He wouldn’t put out.

During their first month together, they couldn’t keep their hands off each other, Vienna Girardi claims. But soon enough, they developed major intimacy issues.

“We haven’t been intimate in months,” she says. “More than four months. At first his excuse was that he was fasting. The second excuse? He didn’t feel like it.”

Jake Pavelka is a monster, supposedly. A prude monster.

“The third excuse was that he felt that I wouldn’t understand that he wants to wait until marriage, even though I told him I’d support him,” continued the sad Vienna.

“The last excuse was that we fight so much I push him away. I was like, really? Which is it? I have been living six months with a guy who won’t be intimate with me!”

In public, however, it was a different story.

“He kisses me only if we’re on a red carpet or if cameras are there,” she says. “Besides that, I have to ask for a kiss, and if I do he’ll pucker his lips and just peck me.”

“I’m like, that’s how I kiss my grandmother!”

The funny thing is that we always pegged Jake for this type of guy. He tells a very different version of events to Us, however, which you can read after the jump …

According to that celebrity gossip magazine, there was growing tension between Jake Pavelka and his fiancee long before they announced their split Monday night.

That’s no surprise, but what did shock Jake was that Vienna was telling people she was single while he taping Drop Dead Diva, then dumped his ass on the phone.

There are also allegations of her cheating with Gregory Michael of Greek fame, whom Girardi “made out with” last weekend and partied with hours after the split.

“She made it very clear they were not together,” says a source of the former Hooters waitress, who now boasts two broken engagements and a failed marriage.

Cheating was the final straw for Jake. It often works that way.

“He has no tolerance for infidelity,” a source tells Us Weekly of Jake Pavelka. “At first he gave her the benefit of the doubt, but soon realized the rumors were true.”

“He realized he couldn’t be blinded by love anymore.”

Of course, “there were other things” wrong in their seven-month relationship, adds the Jake insider: “She was jealous of him and did not support his career.”

His career being a professional reality TV star who jumped headlong into Dancing with the Stars the very night The Bachelor season finale aired. The nerve.

“The cheating was just the final straw. Things had been troubled for awhile.” We have little doubt about that statement … like from the moment they met.

The former American Idol finalist and all-around cutie is engaged to Kyle Jacobs, who proposed to her on June 15.

“It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life,” Kellie told People, explaining how the engagement was finalized on the same date as the anniversary of her grandmother’s passing. “My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother’s blessing.

“I remember saying to Kyle, ‘Baby it’s like I’m dreaming – but if this isn’t real, I’m going to be very upset!’”

Adam Lambert kicked off his Glam Nation summer tour last night in New York City with an impression of the Mad Hatter, a bit of man-on-man action and, of course, great music.

The artist performed at the Nokia Theater and, because we’ve been critical of Miley Cyrus for a simulated same-sex kiss, her ignorant fans will likely get on our case for standing up for Adam and his actions below. But there are major differences here:

• Miley is straight and pretended to make out with a girl just to seem edgy. Adam actually is gay.
• Lambert has been flamboyant and eccentric from the moment he stepped on the American Idol stage. Fans always knew exactly what they were getting with him, as there’s been no sudden transformation just to sell records – and his clothes remain intact!
• Adam is not 17 years old.

As loyal THG readers know, we adore Adam Lambert.

Al Gore has had better months. Ever since the former Vice President of the U.S. split from wife Tipper after 40 years, scandalous allegations have been flying.

The latest? The National Enquirer says Gore was accused of sexually attacking a masseuse in Portland, Oregon, back in 2006, and is named in a police report.

The bombshell story will include the secret police documents, a photo of the woman making the stunning charges and will reveal the details, the tabloid says.

Alleged proof of the encounter? Pants she saved as evidence.

True or not, this report comes just weeks after Al and Tipper Gore split. The Enquirer says she suspected he was involved with “a gorgeous massage therapist.”

Well, at least she’s pretty, supposedly.

AL GORE SEX ATTACK!!! A month ago, if you told us we would report two stories about the former V.P. getting his freak on, we probably wouldn’t have believed you.

He’s also accused of an affair with Laurie David, ex-wife of Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm creator Larry David, and a producer on An Inconvenient Truth.

The celebrity gossip tabloid says the 62-year-old Gore was in Portland at the time of the alleged incident – October 24, 2006 – and has the $540 massage bill.

No criminal charges were filed against Gore, but Portland police prepared a document marked “Confidential Special Report” – containing explosive allegations.

A woman, whose name is being withheld by the publication, reportedly lodged a complaint “unwanted sexual contact” by Al Gore “at a local upscale hotel.”

We would say this is pure nonsense, but it’s not exactly loose, vague wording of the OK! or Star variety. Besides, after Rielle Hunter, nothing is surprising.

Khloé Kardashian is feeling unloved — not because of her husband, Lamar Odom, but because of one of his Lakers teammates’ wives. According to an insider, Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa, “hates” Khloé and her entire family, whom she sees as attention-grabbing fame-seekers. And instead of hiding her feelings, Vanessa refuses to have anything to do with the 26-year-old. “She won’t sit anywhere near Khloé at Lakers games,” the insider reveals, adding that because of Vanessa’s dislike of her, Khloé has been shut out of the tight-knit circle the other Lakers’ wives have formed. “At a dinner for the wives, Vanessa didn’t want to invite Khloé,” the insider shares. “She said Khloé is a ‘fake wife,’ and she didn’t want fake wives there.” The feeling is mutual. The insider says Khloé and Vanessa have “gotten into fights” in the past. And at the Lakers’ NBA Finals game on June 17, Khloé brought Lamar’s two children, as well as her mom, Kris, and siblings Kim, Rob, Kendall and Kylie — and they all stayed far away from Vanessa.
