What do Justin Bieber, New Moon, Lady Gaga, Gossip Girl, Iron Man and Glee have in common? They’re all really popular … and up for lots of Teen Choice Awards!

On August 9, the awards will be handed out on Fox, with Iron Man 2 and Gossip Girl leading with six nominations apiece and New Moon and Glee each securing five.

Other stars with multiple nods were Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Zoe Saldana, Kristen Bell, Steve Carell, Sam Worthington, Tina Fey, Rachel McAdams and many more.

Gossip Girl‘s Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick all got nods, as did Glee‘s Lea Michele, Jane Lynch and Cory Monteith.

VAMPIRES SUCK: Only literally, of course. They’re popular in movies and TV.

True Blood‘s Anna Paquin and Ryan Kwanten repped vampires on the small screen, while Lost also nabbed final season honors for its actors and the show as a whole.

On the music side, Bieber, Miley, Gaga, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Adam Lambert, Eminem, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Selena Gomez, Carrie Underwood and Ke$ha all dominated.

Sadly, Keeping Up With the Kardashians netted a nomination for Choice TV: Reality Show and the Kardashians are up for Choice TV: Female Reality/Variety Star.

Forget rumors about engagements and babies and other false tabloid reports concerning his love life.

Robert Pattinson has far more basic desires: “I would like to go on a date,” he told Jenna Bush Hager this morning on Today. “I’m just saying. I’m just putting that out there. Because I never go on dates anymore.”

If the actor is seeking company for said date, there are approximately 7.9 million THG readers that would take him up on the offer.

While Robert can clearly get a date any time he wants it, the star’s other dream is unlikely to ever come true.

Asked about his relationship with Taylor Lautner, Pattinson joked about the constant competition between the pair: “I want to have better hair than him. I want to have a better six-pack.”

The former is already done. The latter? Sorry, Rob, but you have no chance.

We were just thinking that The Situation from Jersey Shore needed to embark on a rap career and release a song called “The Situation” when lo and behold!

The hot track hits iTunes next week. The Sitch knows a thing or two about wife-beaters, but his beats? Would you call them ill – or will they simply make you ill?

A collaboration with Fatman Scoop, DJ Class, The Disco Fries, the song may be one of the worst attempts at music in history even after all the sound effects.

If you thought Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s separation, be it real or contrived, couldn’t get any weirder, you clearly misunderestimated Speidi.

They’re now each accusing each other of having affairs, and that’s not all – Heidi has gone so far as to hire a private investigator to spy on Spencer.

As we reported last week, Heidi is allegedly staying at the home of the hilariously named Cougar Zank, a Marine turned bodyguard and pal of Pratt.

Earlier this year, Zank moved into the home Spencer and Heidi were renting at his request, with Pratt claiming that the two were writing a script.

But when Heidi Montag split with Spencer in May, Zank invited her to stay with him at a home he rents in Malibu, which totally set Spencer off.

He considered Cougar Zank his friend, and is sure the only reason Cougar would have sided with Heidi in the split is that “he wants her for himself.”

A source also says that Heidi just returned from New York City and that none other than Cougar Zank accompanied the plastic princess on the trip.

“They are definitely friends. I don’t know if there is anything more to it than that, but Spencer believes there is,” the source said. “He’s certain.”

It’s reciprocal, too. One of Heidi’s major concerns, close sources reveal, is that Spencer has been seeing another woman since their split in May.

“She is anxious to find out if her suspicions and the rumors are true. It is really important to Heidi to find out if Spencer has been cheating on her.”

Well, sure. As for Heidi’s aforementioned NYC trip, it was to find a producer for her new reality series with Jen Bunney, also her current roommate.

She met with executives at ITV, the company behind I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, which featured Speidi last summer, according to reports.

The source also says Heidi, who filed a petition for legal separation from Spencer last weekend, plans on following that up with a divorce petition.

“It will be filed,” the source says, noting that “She felt she had to get the separation petition done in a rush last week to stop the money flow.”

Under California law, community property ends on the date of separation, meaning anything she earns from that day forward is Heidi’s alone.

“Heidi is very concerned about the finances,” the source says. “Everybody knows she’s made more money than Spencer. She needs to protect it.”

Shannon Price’s people must me working overtime.

A new clip has surfaced of Gary Coleman and his then-wife from their never-aired 2008 reality show pilot, and the focal point is their “true” and “unconditional” love.

In the previous clip that leaked last week, Gary pretty much called Shannon a money-grubbing leech. They also divorced right around the time the pilot was filmed.

But no matter. The new footage shows Coleman proclaiming his goal is “to keep Shannon Price in my life,” as she “will always be more important than anything.”

Except for Anna Gray, to whom he left his estate.

TRUE LOVE: Shannon Price would like you to think so, anyway.

Coleman’s ex-wife, with whom he was living but never remarried following their 2008 divorce, has been shamelessly trying to cash in on his tragic May 28 death.

Not only has she made a legal play for his estate, citing her status as his common law wife, but she wasted little time shopping interviews – and even worse.

We realize he’s gone and a girl’s gotta get paid, but hawking a Gary Coleman death photo to the Globe was one of the most shameless, evil moves we can recall.

We doubt Gary would be gushing about his unbridled passion for her right now if he were around to see what she’s done since he passed away. Just saying.

Proving to critics that she’s more than just a pretty face (and ridiculous body), Scarlett Johansson took home the trophy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama.

Meanwhile, Glee star Lea Michele belted out a rendition of “Don’t Rain on My Parade.”

Ironically, we must now rain on the parades of both these beauties. They each may have gone home with smiles on their faces following the ceremony last night, but only one can be named the winner in this edition of a Fashion Face-Off. Study their red carpet looks and then vote…

In the third Twilight Saga film, Bella makes out with Jacob. We know: EEEK!

But if such a scene is awkward for Team Edward supporters to consider, read what Kristen Stewart herself had to say about it at an Eclipse press event in Los Angeles this weekend:

“It was fun to shoot, but I wish it wasn’t as hot. I was literally in a beanie and I was just sweating,” the actress said of the infamous tent scene with which any Twilight fan is familiar. “Taylor [and I] have so much fun with this stuff because our intimate moments are so few and far between – and weird.”

What about romantic takes with boyfriend Robert Pattinson? Said Stewart:

“Me and Rob are always so serious because we have [a lot of] those scenes.”

And because they often see each naked anyway – and that’s serious business!

We don’t know what it is about Britney Spears and Jason Trawick, but whenever we see them together, they look like they’re having probably the worst time ever.

To say that Britney wore a sour expression as she held hands with her boyfriend and former agent while entering the Courtyard Marriott Hotel is putting it mildly.

Why the sad faces, guys? What’s not to love about being out with your love? Especially when wearing a tight pink dress like Britney Spears has on? Damn, girl.

Wonder what the fine is for violating Jamie’s mandatory bra policy …

Britney Spears looks unhappy, and possibly a bit cold.

Do these two ever smile? What does a typical date involving Spears and Trawick consist of. They’ve been together so long, and this is all we see. It’s perplexing.

The fact that Britney looked dramatically happier at the premiere of Toy Story 3 on Sunday at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood makes one wonder even more.

The 28-year-old pop star posed with Woody and Buzz Lightyear outside. There were rumors Sean and Jayden would be with her, but we aren’t sure if they went.

Dallas pilot Jake Pavelka vied for Jillian Harris’ affections on The Bachelorette, then starred on The Bachelor, then joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars.

It’s been a heck of a reality TV run for the hunk, and it’s not over yet!

The 32-year-old will guest star on Drop Dead Diva, playing Toby Davlin, a suitor on a dating show (featured within the actual show) entitled Finding the One.

Talk about typecasting. In the show, he’ll dump one bachelorette for another, leading the producer to be sued “for intentionally conflicting emotional harm.”

He begins taping scenes on June 18 for the August 22 episode.

Says Pavelka, who is engaged to Vienna Girardi in real life, “I am honored to be a part of Drop Dead Diva this season, and cannot wait to meet the cast and crew.”

It’s not his first acting role. Pavelka, who used to go by Jake Landrum, was on Walker, Texas Ranger as a young version of Chuck Norris’ character, Cordell Walker.

Sadly (or thankfully), Jake has no plans to return to the ABC show that put him on the map this season – unless The Bachelorette spoilers we have are all wrong.
