Less than a month after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage, Bret Michaels is in the midst of another health crisis. After experiencing numbness on the left side of his body earlier this week, the rocker was rushed to the hospital where it was found that he had experienced a transient ischemic attack, or small warning stroke. With further testing, doctors also discovered that Bret had a hole in his heart. Neither ailment is believed to be related to his subarachnoid hemorrhage on April 21. Despite the shocking setback, the former Poison front man is still in good spirits. “Without a doubt, he is very determined to get healthy and make a 100 percent recovery,” neurosurgeon Dr. Joseph Zabramski said on Bret’s website. The driven Celebrity Apprentice contestant even is still planning on attending the season finale of Donald Trump’s NBC hit competition show on May 23. “As far as I know, Bret will be there unless his doctors tell him otherwise,” a rep for the singer says.

Some time in 2003, Justin Frye broke out his tripod and filmed he and then-girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson having sex.

He then solid the video to Vivid Entertainment for $100,000. This much we know. This much we’ve seen (yikes!). But new details have emerged, and they shed light on even more graphic details from the sex tape.

Or, should we say, sex tapes?!? According to Radar Online, Kendra made at least one other video back in the day. It featured her and a woman named Taryn, as sources say “multiple partners are featured having intimate relations with the reality television star” on camera.

If you’re reading this right now, Hank Baskett, we’re very sorry. But are you really surprised?

For now, Vivid plans to release Kendra Exposed on May 28. Like any mainstream film, its success would lead to a sequel that stars Kendra and a “scantily-clad woman who is wearing skimpy lingerie.”

Don’t shed any tears for Wilkinson if/when either of these tapes go public: she has struck a deal in which she earns 50% of all sales. We’re talking seven figures, easy! In fact, the only thing easier than earning this money:

Lindsay Lohan has posted bail in her DUI probation violation case, plunking down a fat $10,000 and will subsequently not be arrested, according to reports.

The star’s bail had been set at $100,000, but when Lohan’s people dropped the standard 10 percent, the judge then recalled the warrant for Lohan’s arrest.

Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will be in court Monday at 8:30. Judge Marsha Revel will then set a date for a probation violation hearing.

The judge believes there is probable cause to believe Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by failing to complete alcohol education courses this year.

Lohan had been due in court yesterday, but was stuck in Cannes, France, after her passport was stolen (allegedly). Just a poor stunt to miss the hearing?

Lindsay says no way – it was stolen all right, and in typical finger-pointing fashion, she says her estranged father, Michael Lohan, was behind the charade.

Lindsay Lohan has staved off an airport arrest … for now.

“I always said my father had someone do it,” the delusional actress said.

The train wreck, who could face 180 days in jail if prosecutors throw the book at her and the judge agrees she violated her probation, is clearly in denial.

Yes, Lindsay and Michael’s already-strained relationship has gotten more contentious in recent months, but his stated goal is to get her into rehab, not jail.

If he did gank her passport, which would be a practical impossibility anyway, he would be fast-tracking her to the slammer, which doesn’t benefit anybody.

He’s a tool, sure. But give it up, girl. He’s not behind this.

His lawyer Lisa Bloom said as much. “Lindsay needs treatment, and jail is not going to help … Michael was working very hard behind the scenes to help.”

Of the allegations, she says: “Lindsay is obviously angry with Michael because he wanted her to go to rehab for several months. She’s lashing out at him.”

Calvin Murphy, an NBA Hall of Famer, has renewed the fervor over the rumor that Delonte West did LeBron James’ mom Gloria by apparently corroborating it.

Murphy says Gloria James did in fact have sex with Delonte West – despite LeBron and Gloria James’ lawyer saying that the West rumor is completely untrue.

The legend, who has no connection to the situation but seems well-versed, insists James’ mom was nailed by Delonte West, his Cleveland Cavaliers teammate.

“It ain’t no rumor … it’s absolutely true. My sources – and they’re legit sources – say the only people that didn’t know were LeBron and me,” Murphy told ESPN.

“Delonte West is going to get what they call the old proverbial blackball,” he adds. “I cannot imagine him being on my team. One of us is going to be in jail.”

“They was doing the horizontal poker. It is absolutely horrifying for someone to be a scuzz bucket and do something like that. I’m talking about both of them.”

The question lingers … Delonte West nail LeBron James’ mom?

There was a cease and desist order to Terez Owens, the site that printed the rumor, but the site has stood by it so far, saying it’s just reporting the news.

Murphy says it clearly affected James’ play this postseason, and may result in him leaving Cleveland: “There’s something wrong with him, sight unseen.”

“I didn’t see the camaraderie. He’s gone from Cleveland. There is no way you can sugarcoat this situation. This situation will change LeBron’s direction.”

Murphy goes on to say, “He supposedly found out about this during Game 4 of the playoffs. I made the statement on the air that it seemed like he quit.”

“I don’t know how you weather that storm – [but LeBron knows how] especially when everybody knew. Who had the audacity to make the first move? I was told there was another party out there,” Calvin Murphy continued.

Is he implying that another player was also involved? Regardless, Murphy, who has 14 children by nine women, says this affair was too much – even for him.

“I understand about broken family situations, I’ve done terrible things in my time, but home slice couldn’t holler … Delonte is supposed to be LeBron’s boy.”

Uh-oh. It’s continuing to spread.

In a new interview with OK! Weekly, Adam Lambert is the latest celebrity to admit: I’ve got a case of Bieber fever.

This infliction doesn’t seem as dramatic as other verified outbreaks, as Lambert responded to a question about watching Justin Bieber perform at last Sunday’s Wango Tango concert and said:

“I have to say I’m sorry I missed it. I met him before at a couple radio shows, he’s a really nice kid. He’s really friendly and he’s funny… He’s obviously worked really hard. I know adolescent girls are loving him. Good for him.”

Other topics touched on in the discussion included Kris Allen and Adam’s upcoming tour. Check out a few excerpts from it:

On Allen: “If there was ever a rivalry it would have been last year and that wasn’t the case. He and I get along so well… We really respect each other.”

What will the tour be like? “I would definitely say my theatrical past and sensibility are definitely being put into play. I wanted to create like a story through the music, even if it’s loose and it’s not super clear, I wanted it to make sense to me and my people. So, that when performing these songs, there’s an emotional motive.”

Sadly, more jokes about Bret Michaels’ affection for adult entertainment will need to wait a few days.

The singer was rushed to the hospital yesterday after suffering a setback doctors have described as a “warning stroke.” On his official website, a statement reads Bret was “suffering numbness on the left side of his body, predominately his face and hands.”

While conducting an MRI and a CT scan, doctors also discovered a hole in the singer’s heart.

Neurosurgeon Joseph Zabramski says this news is “devastating to Bret and his family” and added:

“The good news is that it is operable and treatable and we think we may have diagnosed the problem… it is great that he quickly reacted to the severe numbness and got to the hospital immediately.

“I realize Bret wants to make a full recovery so that he can be active with his family, attempt to attend the finale of Celebrity Apprentice and especially get back on the road to continue making music. Without a doubt he is very determined to get healthy and make a 100 percent recovery.

“Medically speaking it is a fantastic attitude both mentally and physically for him to have. However, Bret’s brain and body are not quite 100 percent yet, especially with the hole found in his heart.”

A rep for Michaels sent out gratitude from her client to his fans, while saying Bret is “up, walking, talking” and “very happy to be alive.”

We’d like him to remain that way, so let’s all encourage Bret to take it easy. There’s no rush to get back on tour. We’ll line up for tickets in two weeks or two years, man. Just get better.

Newly-crowned and newly-embattled Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih maintained her stripper pole dancing innocence Thursday in an interview on Fox & Friends.

“Have you ever done those pole dancing classes?” she asked the hosts. “That’s what it was. My friend, a DJ at the station said, ‘Why don’t you get up there?’”

Rima Fakih, 24, became the first Muslim-American and second Arab-American to win the Miss USA crown Sunday, besting 49 beauties from across the U.S. of A.

Some have said that she is basically the politically correct Miss USA, as she didn’t deserve to win on merit, but no matter. We’re talking about stripper pole pics.

Less than 24 hours after she won, photos were released of Rima Fakih grinding during a “Stripper 101″ contest for the Detroit radio show “Mojo In The Morning.”

Rima Fakih says her stripper pole pics were not a big deal.

“A few pics were snapped, and, of course, they don’t look the best angle as I normally [do],” she said of the photos, in which she wears a tank top, shorts and heels.

Although she did not remove any clothes, she was declared grand prize winner of the contest and won jewelry, gift cards, adult toys and a stripper pole for home use.

“It wasn’t pole dancing,” she said. “It was more of a… promotional event.”

It was pretty tame by comparison. In 2009, Miss USA runner-up Carrie Prejean was stripped of her Miss California title after some topless photos of her surfaced.
