Pity Joe Jonas … and any guy in a committed relationship.

Sometimes, the girlfriend/wife makes you do stuff you don’t want to, like watch Grey’s Anatomy. Although at least in Joe’s case, his girl’s gonna be on the show.

“I don’t think [Joe] has ever watched, but I’m gonna make him,” Demi Lovato says of tonight’s episode, in which she guest stars a patient with mental issues.

“I’m gonna show him how amazing it is.”

Demi herself clearly doesn’t need much convincing in that regard. You won’t believe how the Disney star acted when she met the cast before her guest role.

“Um, hi! Can I just say hi? I’m just…a really big fan.” Spoken like a true fangirl. “I just saw Teddy, and Owen, and the Chief, and I got really starstruck!”

“I’m a huge fan [of Grey's]. Obsessed. It’s not healthy. People know on Sonny with a Chance, ‘OK, she’s gotta be home at 8:45 so she can watch [Grey's].’”

Fortunately, Joe has nothing to worry about, as most of the cast members are twice her age and married. But Demi’s character has plenty to worry about.

“I’m playing a possible schizophrenic, and I hear every sound in my body from my heart beating to my eyes moving, muscles flexing, blood rushing,” Demi spills. “I hear everything going on in my body and I can’t take it and try to claw my eyes out.”

That would explain the glam-rock makeup, which Demi laughs is “a little Lady Gaga-esque. I’ve been doing a lot of crying so it’s probably worn off by now.”

Okay, this we’ve gotta see.

Sex and the City 2 hits theaters at the end of May, and as In Touch can reveal, the sequel boasts numerous juicy secrets that took place behind the scenes. From rumors of backstage feuding to fears that one big star wouldn’t return, the filming of Sex and the City 2 turned out to be nearly as dramatic – and full of surprises – as the movie itself. According to another insider, one of the most difficult tasks was getting John Corbett to come back and reprise his role as Carrie’s old flame Aidan – a major plot element, which finds Carrie contemplating cheating on Mr. Big. “John was on the fence for a long time,” says the insider. “He didn’t think it made sense for his character to come back.” A “true actor” who was also difficult to get a hold of because he had no e-mail address, John “didn’t really care if he was in the movie. He had to be convinced.” Eventually, Sarah Jessica and the other producers were able to talk him into it. But the insider reveals, “The Carrie/ Aidan reunion almost didn’t happen.”

Cameron Diaz’s alleged romancing of New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez allegedly isn’t sitting well with Kate Hudson and her alleged breast implants.

Yeah, there’s a lot of speculation in this gossip item.

According to Us Weekly, Kate and Cameron are locked in a bitter battle over A-Rod. Hudson dated him for much of last year, while Cameron might be now.

On May 2, Diaz was reportedly spotted leaving his N.Y. City penthouse with overnight bags. This followed earlier reports of A-Rod and Cameron grinding.

Here’s where it gets good. An insider believes Diaz is bedding A-Rod as a form of retaliation after Hudson hooked up with Justin Timberlake back in 2007.

Run for it, Thom Yorke. You want no part of this.

That alleged hookup happened two days after the Diaz-Timberlake breakup, so naturally, “Kate thinks this is payback, pure and simple,” the insider says.

Us insists Hudson’s not 100 percent wrong, either.

A Diaz pal claims that unlike Hudson and Rodriguez, “Cameron was actually in a very serious, long-term relationship with Justin. She thinks it’s a joke Kate would be mad. Kate is only upset because she hates being single.”

In an effort to hold on to Alex’s, one source even contends that Hudson got a boob job after they split to appeal to the Rod’s preference for “busty women.”

LOL. Even if that’s true, she apparently failed, as her “implants” are barely noticeable. She’s absolutely gorgeous, but they’re barely noticeable. That’s all.

Stephanie Anderson didn’t become the The Biggest Loser – she was sent home after Koli convinced her friends that she was manipulating them – but she did change her life and find love with contestant Sam Poueu. Now, Stephanie, who has been giving In Touch readers exclusive insight into every episode, weighs in on life at the ranch from a new perspective. This week, former winners Erik Chopin and Helen Phillips visited the campus to talk to the contestants about life after the finale. “Now that I’m home, I’ve tried to connect myself to as many previous contestants because as much as we share our experience with our family, friends and all the viewers, no one else knows what it’s like,” Stephanie tells In Touch. “Helen was very, very thin when she won and I think she got a lot of flack for that. Now, she looks healthy and happy now, like she’s found her comfort level. Erik was muscular and lean, and he kept it off for a year and then put it back on. That’s something that I know all of us contestants are afraid of.”

When Ke$ha performed “Your Love is My Drug” on Saturday Night Live last month, it was awful. Atrocious. Just really, really bad.

But the song has been edited and properly mixed and sounds like another fun dance song from this artist in her official music video for it.

Shot last month in the California desert, it features live action and animation, as Ke$ha glides through the sand, rides an elephant and dances with a python. All in a day’s work.

After enduring months of the Tiger Woods sex scandal, Elin Nordegren is desperate to leave the sordid mess – and she’s battling to help her kids escape it as well.

She wants to leave and raise her children, Sam, 2, and Charlie, 15 months, in her homeland of Sweden, and wants her divorce from Tiger Woods to permit that.

“Elin is working around the clock to cut a custody deal that will allow her to permanently move herself and the kids to Sweden,” a friend of Elin Woods reports.

According to sources, Tiger knows he can’t fight her decision to move home to Sweden, but retained high-power international custody lawyer Thomas Sasser.

That’s more to make sure he gets visitation and doesn’t lose access to the kids when she gets there than to stop her from proceeding with her move, though.

Will Elin Woods divorce Tiger and relocate with the cubs?

“Elin is fighting for sole custody,” says one insider.

“Tiger is having none of it,” says another.

Sources close to Elin Woods say she just wants to shield her children from the scandal, not punish Tiger Woods, even after everything he did to hurt them all.

“Elin would never, ever stop him from seeing them” the friend says. “Her only focus is the children. They have always been her primary concern in all of this.”

All indications are that there is little to no hope of reconciliation at this point, and the only question surrounding the couple’s divorce is who will file first.

We’ve all seen Kim Kardashian asking for it from Ray J, when this singer pounded this reality star on video.

That act led to international acclaim for Kardashian.

Earlier this week, however, Kim appeared to be asking for it from Justin Bieber fans – but instead of sexual satisfaction and a career as a professional celebrity, the returns on this plea may be a lot more dangerous.

At an autograph signing that fans actually, incomprehensibly attended, Kim held up the following shirt:

The reference reverts back to Kardashian’s Twitter joke about Bieber being her boyfriend, something that became no laughing matter when his insane followers threatened to murder Kim.

How will they react to this (misspelled) article of clothing and this overt taunting? Time, and many angry Tweets, will tell.

Rachel Uchitel became a household name as Tiger Woods’ mistress.

But before she started the chain of events that sent Elin Woods into a 9-iron wielding rage and crushed Tiger’s image and face, she was David Boreanaz’s mistress.

This isn’t a new revelation, but Uchitel is once again under scrutiny after a different woman came forward alleging an affair with the married Boreanaz this month.

Boreanaz went public with his infidelity, claiming the second chick tried to extort him in exchange for silence. But it appears his fling with Uchitel was more intense.

Newly-leaked Blackberry messages between them show Rachel being graphically seductive one minute, then raging mad for not spending time with her the next.

When mistresses wanna be exclusive, it gets ugly.

His wife, Jaime Bergman, was pregnant with their second child, and even though he texted Rachel during the labor, that wasn’t enough for Uchitel. Here’s an exchange:

Boreanaz: “This is not a good time.”

Uchitel: “I can’t do this anymore. Just go. Just (bleeping) go and be with her.”

Boreanaz: “Why do u act like such a (bleeping) child!!! She is my wife”

Uchitel: “Oh, please!! You’re such a liar. You’re never leaving. You’ve wasted my time and I’m alone. I can’t f*%king be alone anymore. I’ve been alone my entire life.”

Boreanaz: “What the HELL are you talking about. We spend more than enough time together.”

You get the idea. The text messages offer a rare, explicit look inside an affair between two people who would later go on to make major gossip headlines for … affairs.

Things were serious between Rache and the Bones star for awhile, it appears. Here’s a back-and-forth in response to some (apparently graphic) photos he sent her …

Uchitel: My favorite is you c***ing … that face you make

Boreanaz: OMG !!! I can’t wait to F**K you! I want my puma soooooo bad, you are soooo f*%ing HOT!!!

Uchitel: I need you inside of me. I want to taste you.

In another exchange, Uchitel tells Boreanaz that she is arriving in L.A., where they hooked up at the swanky L’Hermitage Hotel – with David footing the bill.

Uchitel also references another location and secret tryst, having flown out of La Guardia airport with Boreanaz on June 21, 2009, for a three-day hook up.

Finally, she told David Boreanaz that she needs to be “the only one.”

Boreanaz: “That is extremely IMPOSSIBLE at this stage in my life, I fear Jamie will not let me see the baby.”

Asked for comment via her lawyer, Gloria Allred, Uchitel issued a statement:

“Rachel Uchitel has reviewed the text messages alleged to be between her and David Boreanaz. She believes they are not authentic and someone is deliberately trying to portray her in a false light. Ms. Uchitel strongly asserts that these texts should not be published.”

Sure thing, Gloria. Because if we can think of anyone with impeccable credibility, it’s that serial home-wrecking, money-grubbing floozy Rachel Uchitel.
