After a year of bitter feuding between Bristol Palin and her ex-fiancé, Levi Johnston, the parents of 16-month-old Tripp seem to have come to a truce. In the midst of reports that Levi has been visiting his son and paying child support on time, 19-year-old Bristol confirmed her good
relationship with her baby’s father at the Candie’s Foundation 6th Annual Event to Prevent benefit. “He’s welcome to be a part of Tripp’s life. I’ve always tried my hardest to get along with him,” the eldest daughter of former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin told In Touch at the New York event
for pregnancy prevention on May 5. Though she and Levi severed all romantic ties more than a year ago, Bristol is still single, knowing very well that just any man won’t do. “It’s going to take a guy wanting to fill big shoes,” the Candie’s Foundation ambassador told In Touch. “Tripp and I — we’re together forever!”

Michael Lohan Still Wants Lindsay in Rehab


What happened to shutting up until May 13?

Shockingly, you can’t take anything Michael Lohan says at face value. Despite trying to work things out, he’s still on his ex-wife and daughter’s cases.

Michael’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, says that in no uncertain terms, Michael is not backing down or backing off his efforts to get Lindsay Lohan into rehab.

This came after reports that Mike had backed off his demand for a conservatorship and was no longer going to force the issue. Not to worry – he is!

As for Dina, he plans to continuing riding her as well. In the figurative sense, anyway, about being her enabler … we don’t need anymore offspring.

ADDICT, ENABLER: Michael Lohan wants to pry the former from the latter.

Lawyers for Michael and Lindsay are “trying to resolve things amicably,” but resolving it amicably doesn’t mean Michael’s gonna back down, nor will he back off.

Bloom was quoted earlier: “There has been no agreement as to anything. All options remain open to save and protect Lindsay. That is Michael’s #1 priority.”

“Michael wants Lindsay in rehab. If she doesn’t, all options remain open. Her decision not to meet with him or go to rehab puts him in a difficult position.”

He doesn’t want Lindsay in jail, though he may not have a choice. She can tell off haters all she wants, but a probation violation is a probation violation.

New Report: Kendra Wilkinson Tried to Peddle Own Sex Tape


It’s all starting to make sense now.

Kendra Wilkinson is covering the latest issue of OK! Weekly, and taking legal action against Vivid Entertainment, not because she’s afraid of her sex tape getting released….

… but because SHE WANTS TO BE THE PERSON TO RELEASE IT.

Radar Online cites sources who say Kendra has known about the video for years. She reportedly tried to form a company 18 months ago to peddle it herself. That way, she could pocket the cash from its sale and even have final say over edits before it went live (my ass looks better from that angle, dammit!).

Moreover, Wilkinson was working on the sale of her videotaped bedroom romp – which took place in 2005 – even after she was engaged to Hank Baskett.

So, how did Vivid end up with a copy? Most likely, Kendra’s efforts fell through. Therefore, she turned to the experts in the sex tape business to release Kendra Exposed, acting dismayed and outraged over this supposed violation of her privacy.

But we in the celebrity gossip world know better. We’ve been here with Paris Hilton and done that with Kim Kardashian.

The video will get released, Kendra will claim she’s an innocent victim – and her bank account will mysteriously increase by six figures soon afterwards.

Idol’s Aaron: “I needed to believe more”

It’s been widely reported that American Idol’s ratings are down this season, but there were still 32 million votes cast after Tuesday’s performance show — just not enough to keep Aaron Kelly in the competition. “I think the judges wanted to see a little charisma. I got my confidence up, but I needed to believe a little bit more. I felt the more I went into the competition, the more gained,” says Aaron, whose rendition of “Fly Me to the Moon” earned some positive response from the judges and from this week’s mentor, Harry Connick Jr. Aaron was so impressed that he thinks Harry would be a great replacement for exiting judge Simon Cowell. “He’s very honest and would fit the bill perfectly,” Aaron said after the show.

And even though he’s going home, the 17-year-old is still feeling lucky. “I got a chance to meet Rascal Flatts and take a picture with them,” beamed Aaron. “That was one of the highlights, getting to meet someone that inspired me so much. They thanked me for doing their music on the show, and it was an honor to do it. I look up to them so much.”

Next week, the remaining four contestants perform movie-themed songs under the guidance of returning mentor Jamie Foxx.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott to Renew Wedding Vows, World to Shrug


Thank goodness.

Following a series of self-created divorce rumors, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have decided to shoot down the non-talk for good… by renewing their wedding vows!

The couple has pretended to fight on the fifth season of their hit Oxygen show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood in order to make headlines. But it’s scarcely worked, even when Spelling went on the Today show and explained:

“We have our fights. We have our ups and downs. It’s a real relationship. Some issues have come up this season, and the cameras were there to catch it. And I’m happy to put that out there to my fans, because we’re a normal, relatable couple.”

Because all “normal, relatable” couples have fans, right?

We’ve purchased them acting lessons as a gift, so their televised arguments actually seem legitimate. They still have a way to go, but if Oxygen continues to be desperate for programming, we have faith they’ll eventually get there!

Glee Star on Britney Spears Episode: Pass!


Would you like to see an all-Britney episode of Glee?

After a 13.5 million viewers tuned in to the hit show’s Madonna-themed episode April 20, Britney Spears’ manager, Adam Leber, began a campaign for a Brit equivalent.

In a blatant attempt to capitalize on Glee‘s popularity and have his client associated with it, he Tweeted, “Do you guys want to see a Britney Spears episode of Glee?“

Glee spoiler alert: It’s not happening anytime soon.

Asked about the possibility recently, Glee cast member Matthew Morrison said: “That’s a rumor her manager started. I hope our show doesn’t go along that route.”

Ouch! But hey, you gotta give Matt, who also knocked Justin Bieber down a peg recently, props for being honest. A Britney episode wouldn’t fly for many reasons.

She lacks the raw number of hits as Madonna or raw singing talent of a Lady Gaga. Breathy mouthing of sexual double entendres does not a Glee episode make.

Lawrence Taylor Accuser Showed Signs of Attack; Football Great Proclaims Innocence


Lawrence Taylor is proclaiming innocence against an allegation that he raped an underage girl this morning, saying his accuser is trying to set him up.

His lawyer, Kenneth Gribetz, says Taylor, who was arrested for rape and is behind bars in the Town of Ramapo, N.J., is adamant that he’s not guilty.

LT’s wife, Lynette Taylor, says the allegations are “all bullsh!t.”

She suspects a setup, claiming the timing is beyond suspicious – just days after LT was featured on an A&E’s documentary series Fame and Recovery.

Lynette Taylor believes A&E “made him out to be a monster” and did not say who she thought could be behind such a plot, but she’s sticking by him.

Meanwhile, investigators recovered a condom from the Holiday Inn hotel room where Lawrence Taylor’s accuser says he raped her early this morning.

Lawrence Taylor allegedly paid $300 for sex with the girl.

Town of Ramapo Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence also said that investigators found LT asleep inside the room when they first arrived to the hotel.

Cops recovered a condom as well as other physical evidence when they took Taylor into custody – but found NO DRUGS or paraphernalia at the scene.

Police say the accuser is only 16 years old, that she was reported as a “runaway” from the Bronx back in March, and was under the control of a pimp.

That gentleman was arrested by the NYPD when he, along with the unnamed Lawrence Taylor accuser and a third person, returned to the city today.

Cops say the accuser had a “nasty” black eye that looked to be “fresh,” though it’s unclear who attacked her or if it’s connected with the LT incident.

In addition to charges filed against LT, the pimp was arrested on charges of unlawful imprisonment, assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Former Dancing With the Stars contestant arrested!


Lawrence Taylor, the NFL Hall of Famer who danced with Edyta Sliwinska on Dancing With the Stars last season, has been arrested on suspicion of rape in Montebello, N.Y., on May 6. Though the 51-year-old former Giants linebacker has not been formally charged, he has been accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in a Holiday Inn.

In 2000, Lawrence was put on a five-year federal probation for tax evasion and filing false tax returns. And in 2009, he left he scene of an accident but was later released on a $500 bond.
