Heather Locklear was arrested for hit-and-run Saturday, according to TMZ, following a crash near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, Calif.

Deputies went to look at the area and found a knocked over “no parking” sign and obvious signs that a car that went up the curb, drilling the sign.

The police confirmed through investigation that the car in question was Locklear’s black BMW, and the collision was very close to Heather’s home.

Officials then went to Locklear’s home, saw damage to the BMW consistent with the collision, and arrested the 48-year-old star for hit and run.

That’s worse than the beating she took in the Melrose Place season finale!

Heather Locklear may valet her car permanently if she keeps racking up the traffic offenses, although the actress was merely cited and released for this one.

In ’08, Locklear was arrested in Santa Barbara for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription medications. She pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and was placed on three years probation.

This scary mug shot was among the things resulting from that.

The latest incident could be a probation violation. Stay tuned.

Move over, In Touch. Outta the way, OK and Star.

No one does celebrity gossip like foreign tabs.

After giving a performance in Zurich Monday night, the third stop on Rihanna’s Last Girl on Earth tour, her tour bus went straight to the Hirslanden Clinic.

The singer, accompanied by a few members of her entourage, entered the private facility. Cue obligatory headlines about Rihanna being rushed to the ER!

No mention has been made of the two-hour visit by Rihanna, but it doesn’t look like there was any Chris Brown-style shadiness about this whatsoever.

The singer, who recently confirmed she is dating Matt Kemp, recently left the Dodger in L.A. to embark on her Rated R tour of Europe. Will the show go on?

The director of communications for the hospital, Alenka Ambroz, said that yes, Rihanna came to the hospital, but right now, “We do not know the details.”

Calls to the singer’s U.S. reps seeking further enlightenment have not been returned, but she appears to be okay, because she was in top form last night.

Whatever the problem, it seemed a faint memory as R packed the house in Lyon, France. She’ll continue the tour tonight in the French city of Marseilles.

It was a scene that has become surprisingly common in recent months — Kate Gosselin, crying her eyes out on national television. No longer the tough, unemotional trooper she once was, the mother of eight broke down in tears when she was voted off Dancing With the Stars last night. Though some believe that her constant crying is an attempt to gain sympathy, a friend says the tears were very real — and that Kate has reached her lowest point yet. “She’s lonely, unhappy and doesn’t really know who in the world she can trust,” the friend shares. “Her emotions are getting the best of her.” Exhausted from traveling back and forth to LA to shoot DWTS, Kate is also upset that “she has no man in her life,” the friend says, adding that she’s also deeply upset over the criticism she’s gotten on the show from viewers — and from staffers, who view her as an overrated diva. According to another insider, some of the DWTS crew have nicknamed her “Hate Gosselin” because of her negative attitude on the set. “Kate has only bonded with Pamela Anderson, but she pretty much avoids the other contestants and barely acknowledges the other dancers,” the insider explains. “She complains about everything, including her schedule, her dance routines, her costumes — even her travel arrangements.”

Despite rumors to the contrary, Mad Men star Jon Hamm is not engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Westfeldt, but she says that tying the knot would really just be a formality. “We have always felt married,” Jennifer told In Touch at the WET’s LOVE 2010 Benefit in NYC on April 19. “We just had our 12-year anniversary last week, and we have a house and a dog! At some point we may, but it doesn’t matter to us one way or the other.” And it also doesn’t mean they won’t be starting a family. “It’s definitely something we’re talking about,” she says.

Last week, Kim Kardashian was spotted snogging Cristiano Ronaldo.

A harmless, fun rebound, following her break-up with Reggie Bush? Anonymous friends fear this isn’t the case. They are scared that it’s a lot more, and the relationship could mean trouble for Kim. Cute suspenseful music…

Citing Ronaldo’s reputation for “call girls and group sex,” the latest issue of Life & Style reports that those close to Kardashian are afraid of what she’s gotten herself into. This is a man that has allegedly hired prostitutes and slept with 80,000 women, according to one insider’s laughable permutations.

“Cristiano loves to party,” said British journalist Debbie Manley, while another source adds: “I just don’t think he’ll ever settle down and be faithful to one woman.”

Even more distrubing that Ronaldo’s past discretions? The fact that this is the THIRD week in a row that a different Kardashian sister has graced the cover of a tabloid, bragging about her weight loss.

Looks like Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are at it again.

Well, one of them is. The insane, credit card debt-addled loon.

We’d call this a Twitter feud, but a feud would imply two people are involved. It may just be the social networking ramblings of a drunken fallen starlet.

Lindsay Tweeted a claim that her ex spit in her face at a friend’s party, then left with Miley Cyrus’ ex-boyfriend, who Katy Perry was also “tryin’a bang.”

Seriously, she said this.

Regardless, we doubt anything actually happened. First off, Sam doesn’t like dudes. Second, she pretty much denied it. Third, Linds is bat$h!t crazy.

Kayden Nguyen may have been alone with Steven Segal when he allegedly tried to fondle her inappropriately, but the model is not alone in her accusations against the actor.

As first reported by TMZ, two more women have come forward and delivered sworn declarations to Nguyen’s legal team that paint Seagal in a shady (sort of hilarious) light.

Both females claim they were also employed by the former action star when he made unwanted advances against them. One says Seagal lured her into a bedroom, groped her boobs and said he was “checking just as a doctor would for lumps.”

However, on Seagal’s resume, he’s played a Navy SEAL, an environmental protection agent and about nine renegade cops. But never a physician.

The declaration adds: “Seagal reached his hand down my pants. He said, ‘I just wanted to touch it for a second to see what it felt like.’”

Under siege from the press, Steven Seagal could soon be entering the dark territory of a jail cell.

As you might expect, Seagal’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has a different view of the new allegations.

“My client has no knowledge of these women and a preliminary check of his employment records does not show that they ever worked for him,” he told TMZ. “The declarations were clearly prepared by Nguyen’s lawyer to be leaked to the media to help bolster his client’s meritless claims.”

Perhaps. But what is Seagal’s defense for Under Siege 2?!?

** UPDATE: It’s been confirmed that one of the women accusing Seagal in the documents mentioned above is Blair Robinson, the granddaughter of Ray Charles!

“We had sex in Larry’s bed — a lot. I felt like it was my house,” Shawn Southwick’s lover, Hector Penate, tells In Touch exclusively.

After 13 years together, Larry King and Shawn Southwick are reportedly considering a divorce after Larry had an alleged affair with Shawn’s younger sister, Shannon Engemann, and Shawn slept with their kids’ baseball coach for a year and tried to have a baby with her lover through in vitro fertilization. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, the baseball coach, Hector Penate says Larry knew about their steamy trysts but didn’t even care because he was so in love with Shannon. “I still think to this day that Larry is in love with Shawn’s sister,” he explains.

Hector admits that he quickly fell “in love” with Shawn after they met in 2007. Two-and-a-half weeks later, they started sleeping together, although Shawn has denied the affair with Hector. “Larry was in New Hampshire and I was training the kids,” Hector reveals to In Touch. “Then she made a couple of hints to me that she was ready to go. We were in the car and we just started kissing.” From there, says Hector, the two spent more and more time together — and they even vacationed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, together with her sons Chance and Cannon. Their physical chemistry was intense, Hector adds: “We had sex in Larry’s bed — a lot. I felt like it was my house.” Shawn also bought Hector extravagant presents. “She paid my rent, she bought me clothes and a BMW 7 Series.” But the biggest gift she almost gave him? A baby. “She wanted to have a little girl with me. She was trying to fertilize her eggs to do that.” If that’s not strange enough, Larry co-signed Hector’s Studio City, Calif., apartment. “She controlled him,” he says. “He just sat there and signed it.”

And even though Larry is approaching 80, Hector says that the newsman has an active libido and makes this shocking claim: “He’s a [sex] freak,” Hector says, adding that he believes Larry was sleeping with both Shawn and Shannon.

Hector Penate admits he totally had an affair Shawn Southwick in the home of her husband Larry King – so often, he says, he felt like it was his own house.

Moreover, the actor and baseball coach says he nailed Larry King’s wife right before her divorce filing last week and says she mused about Larry’s demise.

In an interview airing tonight on ET, he leaves little doubt over whether he slept with Shawn Southwick, responding to the question with: “Yes I did.”

Hector Penate, 31, said Shawn, 50, often spoke to him of her desire to divorce Larry, 76, and wistfully told him, “‘Don’t worry, he’s gonna die soon.’”

That sound you hear is of it being ON at his lawyer’s office.

Hector Penate says he first bedded Shawn Southwick-King in 2007.

“We got back in the car and we kind of locked eyes and just started kissing,” Penate recalls of the first time he passionately bedded Shawn Southwick.

King and Southwick filed divorce papers minutes apart last week after a fight over Shawn’s claim King is having an affair with Shannon Engemann.

That would be her younger sister.

Southwick has denied having an affair with Penate, but he says they so had one, and not only that, it was motivated by King’s affair with Engemann.

This is really twisted stuff… and the fact that involves Larry King is hilarious. “I really think she had the affair [with me] because of him,” he said.

Not that the young hunk minded … or it was a one-shot deal by any means.

“We had sex in Larry’s bed a lot,” he said. “I felt like it was my house.”

Larry and Shawn Southwick-King had an interesting marriage.
