Is Kristen Stewart a Bad Role Model?

Stop us if you’ve heard this before:

A popular Twilight Saga star has posed for a magazine with a cigarette prominently on display. He/she looks happy to be smoking it, causing a growing controversy over one’s freedom of personal choice versus one’s responsibility to a large, young fan base.

No, we’re not referring to Robert Pattinson. That actor was photographed puffing away in January, during a shoot with Wonderland magazine. In a poll of THG readers, 41% thought Rob was setting a bad example.

But this time we’re talking about Pattinson’s likely girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. She’s the cover girl for the April issue of Flaunt and is surrounded by smoke in the photo from it below:

Once again, sides will be drawn on this topic. Smoking is perfectly legal and who is anyone to tell Kristen what to do with her lungs?

But isn’t she also a role model for millions of teenagers, whether she wants to be or not? If she was caught with a sex tape, would we argue that it was a legal act and she was free to use her vagina as she sees fit?

CoCo Gets Waxed, Releases Horrifying Twitter Picture


If PETA can get its animal-loving panties in a bunch over a Tweeted photo of Kim Kardashian clutching a cat, surely there’s an organization that can do something about human rights abuse when it comes to this social networking site.

We’re referring to the damage CoCo has done to eyes.

Earlier today, Ice T’s wife took a picture of herself naked, immediately following a Brazilian wax. The following pic is not safe for work, children under the age of 14, or anyone that’s eaten in the last 48 hours.

Source: Sandra Bullock Has “Master Plan” to Divorce Jesse James


Sandra Bullock was seen sans wedding ring this week, prompting speculation that it’s only a matter of time until she divorces the cheating Jesse James.

Now a friend of the couple says she has a “master plan” to end the marriage.

“[The infidelity scandal has] broken her heart, and they will divorce,” the source said “She is trying to pick her way through the mess and all the stress.”

That stress includes not only what Michelle “Bombshell” McGee and his other mistresses inflicted upon her, but what her leaving will do to his three kids.

“They will be hurt no matter what happens. The kids are what is holding her back from filing for the divorce immediately,” said the close Bullock source.

With Jesse in rehab, Sandra is trying to tread lightly.

“Sandra is doing this on her own timeline and refuses to budge or give in to people who say she should divorce him immediately,” the source explained.

“[Jesse James' kids] are her family. She is not ready to scrap it as fast as possible. They will talk, but a divorce will happen. She has a master plan.”

Bullock has reportedly come to grips with who James really is.

“Sandra got to be with a side of Jesse James that he rarely gave to anyone else and now she’s seeing what everyone else always saw,” the pal said.

“They were truly from different worlds. Jesse lived a double life. She’s so level-headed and grounded, that is what is getting her through this.”

Here’s hoping she gets through it sooner rather than later.

Thanks to the latest, extended Sex and the City 2 trailer, you have an idea of what you’ll see in this wildly anticipated sequel.

Tiger Woods: Swingin’ Single!


While Elin Nordegren is away, Tiger Woods will play … sort of.

It remains to be seen what becomes of the golfer’s marriage, but he and his estranged spouse certainly appear to be living separate lives right now.

While Elin took the kids to Sweden on a vacation sans Tiger, the star attended a Nickelback concert and partied backstage surrounded by security.

Earlier that night, he and friends dined together in a restaurant, believed to be his first public outing since the sex scandal that broke last November.

Partying like a rock star? Maybe. Maybe not. But the wife and kids were clearly nowhere in sight, and all indications are that Elin is so over Tiger.

Is Elin Woods preparing to leave Tiger for good?

Tiger’s venture back into the Orlando nightlife was described as tame as he enjoyed himself with a group, was seen by many and didn’t demand any favors.

No cocktail waitresses were seen … well, except if they were serving drinks.

While this isn’t being called an official separation, the couple has already been separated for some time. Elin is planning to spend time in Sweden visiting friends and family while considering what she wants to do about her marriage.

By the time Elin returns, they will have spent only three nights in the same city in a month, as the trip is her fourth without Tiger in the last three weeks.

Tiger is due to play a tournament at Quail Hollow near Charlotte, N.C. No word yet on whether he’ll be teeing off for the first time as an official bachelor.

Faith Hill: Judging Project Runway finale was “very difficult”

Country singing superstar Faith Hill turns guest judge when she joins host Heidi Klum and judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia on the season finale of the reality competition, which airs on Thursday, April 22 at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime. “What I saw was truly extraordinary, and it made judging very difficult,” says Faith. “All of the designers were creative and imaginative. But there were some whose craftsmanship was impeccable. Designers by trade are always capable of sewing their own clothing, but the tailoring that I saw was extremely impressive; a few in particular knocked me out. The passion that these individuals showed, and their eagerness to learn from feedback and criticism, should prove an inspiration for those that follow them.” American Idol producers looking for someone to replace Simon Cowell, take note: Faith is winning raves for her honest assessments of the designer finalists. “Faith stepped into the toughest Project Runway guest-judging seat of the season — the finale, which made her a deciding voice in naming the winner,” said Runway executive producer Sara Rea. “She took on the task with flying colors. Faith was invested and took the job seriously. She gave constructive, relevant criticism and had a strong point of view. We really enjoyed having her.”

The Bachelorette Spoilers: Cheating Scandal Ahead!


The Bachelorette doesn’t get underway for another month, but spoilers are already leaking out regarding the new season starring Bachelor castoff Ali Fedotowsky.

Ever since she was named the star of the new season, we’ve wondered what drama Mike Fleiss would cook up for Ali come May 24. Turns out he didn’t have to.

One of the guys has a girlfriend back home.

Not a rumored girlfriend, or one producers invented, skewed his relationship with, or edited footage to make it appear like two-timing occurred. A real girlfriend!

Basically, he’s Wes Hayden, only unedited.

It gets better, too. Somehow, this chick calls Ali Fedotowsky while the cameras are rolling during the show, to warn her that is her boyfriend she is dating.

Ali Fedotowsky has a history with dramatic phone calls, having begged Jake Pavelka (in vain) for a second chance last season after voluntarily leaving The Bachelor.

He’s really just there to promote his career, of course. Not for love. Fancy that. Once Ali finds this out, she kicks him off. No more around the world for him.

Perhaps the most amazing thing about this Bachelorette spoiler is that it was somehow not faked, rather it just fell in the producers’ lap. Truly amazing.

  • Which guy it is, who his girlfriend is, and when it goes down
  • How on Earth she got ahold of Ali Fedotowsky (cough, Chris)
  • Why the girlfriend let him go on the show in the first place
  • How he reacts when Ali calls him out on the publicity stunt
  • Whether the person from Jake Pavelka’s season is involved

American Idol Performance of the Season: Crystal Bowersox, “People Get Ready”


It started a capella – and it ended with as much praise as an American Idol contestant has received in years.

Forget the judges for a moment. Check out what a group of impartial observers had to say about Crystal Bowersox’s rendition of “People Get Ready” last night, which brought the singer to such tears that she could scarcely finish.

MTV.com: “It was the best performance of the season.”

Salon.com: “Forget about goose bumps! I had been filled with the Holy Spirit and was jumping up and down in my humble living room screaming, ‘Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord, Alleluia, Alleluia!’ I became a born-again believer that “American Idol” could actually be redeemed, saved from its lost and depraved ways by its savior, Crystal Bowersox.”

GQ.com: “As frontrunner skeptics, it took Bowersox’s near collapse into heavy sobbing to finally convince us that her season-long steely calm was not professionalism, but rather a coping device. Despite the crumbling reputation, this is still a big deal, this American Idol show. Crystal seems to know that now.”

Stephanie Pratt is taking it all off for a good cause.

Bunnies. The Hills star and sister of Spencer Pratt is posing nude for a new PETA iPhone app called “Be Nice to Bunnies.” The point of the naked advertisement?

Drawing attention to PETA product testing on animals.

Apple deemed the app cover too risque, so she’ll appear fully clothed on iPhones. But fear not, you will get to see Stephanie Pratt nude in the print campaign …

We are all for banning animal testing on bunnies, but Stephanie Pratt might try eating one or two … or at least some kind of protein. Girl’s looking a little thin.

“I want to help consumers be informed and keep them compassionate,” says Stephanie Pratt, even if all people will be doing is ogling her naked … side.

The likes of Khloe Kardashian, Eva Mendes, Alicia Silverstone and Pamela Anderson have also shed all clothing for the fame-seeking animal-rights group.

PETA was pissed at Kim Kardashian for karelessly klutching a kitty, though, so being eager to remove all clothes doesn’t necessarily endear them to you.

Kate Gosselin: Eliminated, Alone, Mocked By Kids


Kate Gosselin was emotional after being voted off Dancing with the Stars.

She’s also upset that no man will ever love her, her own children tease her, DWTS co-stars dubbed her”Hate Gosselin” and strangers slash her tires.

It’s worth noting that the amusing last four Kate fun facts are courtesy of the new issue of In Touch Weekly, and therefore are likely completely bogus.

Well, maybe not the Hate Gosselin moniker. We can see that. As sad as she is about leaving, and about life, however, she says the kids are worse.

Though she claims she is okay leaving, her eight children “will be upset, definitely,” she said. “They will be shattered, in fact.” What total bull$h!t.

Kate claims her elimination “crushed” her kids. Someone needs to crush her.

She said she’s not “letting them watch” her elimination, so “they’ll be OK. They’ll be glad to have me back, but won’t get to see me dance anymore. It’s tough.”

Also tough? Dying alone and getting teased by your own kids when your dancing sucks. Gotta be brutal. Here’s “Hate” receiving the final verdict last night …
