Jake Pavelka, Vienna Girardi Appear Happy … For Now

No longer having to hide their lightning hot passion, The Bachelor stars Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi stepped out for dinner twice this week in Hollywood.

The somewhat embattled couple put on a united front – in front of the paparazzi at celebrity hot spots, natch – at Koi on Wednesday and The Palm last night.

Vienna Girardi and Jake Pavelka smiled and greeted photographers as they left last night, enjoying a nice dinner following their visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Asked to comment on his alleged ex’s claims that he cheated on Vienna and discussed marriage with her, Pavelka shrugged his shoulders, shaking his head.

“Nah,” he replied. Bold, Jake. Bold.

Although Pavelka’s so-called ex has given interviews on the subject anonymously, reports suggest that the woman in question is 24-year-old Tanya Douglas.

She says Jake promised her he’d come back for her, and the women on The Bachelor meant nothing to him. He says they dated but there was no overlap.

If the vicious rumors are hurting Vienna and Jake, you wouldn’t know it.

Walking hand-in-hand and sporting ear-to-ear grins on both occasions this week, the newly engaged duo certainly look like they may just go the distance.

Well, maybe. This is The Bachelor. If not for Molly Malaney and Jason Mesnick getting married last weekend, the show would be 0-fer. So, we ask you …

Ben Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault Again


Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is being accused of sexual assault by a Georgia woman – the second to make such claims about him.

The alleged incident occurred early this morning at Capital City, a club in Milledgeville, Georgia. The alleged victim was treated at a hospital and released.

In addition to the alleged victim, witnesses are being interviewed, and one law enforcement source says they will attempt to interview Ben Roethlisberger.

The Milledgeville Police Department are looking into it and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations is also investigating the two-time Super Bowl winner.

Roethlisberger is being sued by a Reno, Nev., woman, Andrea McNulty, who claims the QB sexually assaulted her in 2008. She came forward last July.

SACKED: Big Ben is in hot water again over sexual assault allegations.

Ben fervently denied assaulting McNulty, and apparently this woman too.

Roethlisberger has already been interviewed by police, according to an update received just moments ago, but no charges have been filed against him yet.

The star’s reps are denying that the football star sexually assaulted the woman last night, although said denials are short on details as of this moment.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, a source close to the star said only “that the allegations were untrue and the events in question did not happen.”

Again, no charges have been filed. A rep from the Steelers says: “We are gathering information on this incident – until then we have no further comment.”

Adam Lambert to Kick Off New Round of Unplugged Episodes


Get your DVRs ready, Adam Lambert fans.

On March 10, the singer will kick off a new round of Unplugged on VH1. The original series debuted on MTV in 1989. It features artists in an intimate setting, surrounded by audience members, and singing acoustic versions of their hits.

Memorable past performances on the concert special include Mariah Carey (1992), 10,000 Maniacs (1993) and Lauryn Hill (2002).

Lambert’s installment will be the first of eight new episodes, which will also highlight Phoenix (on MTV), The Script (on VH1) and Reba McEntire (on CMT). Take a look at the following shot of Lambert going Unplugged…

Jersey Shore Purim party gets crashed!

It turned out to be more mayhem than masks for Chris Noth, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Russian pop star Sasha at the Masks and Mayhem Purim party at New York’s Solo restaurant after the ceiling literally crashed the party. Singer Sasha, Chris and the Jersey Shore crew were ready to partake in some holiday revelry when a giant glass panel fell from the ceiling in the lobby area of the Sony Atrium, forcing the partygoers, all uninjured, into the VIP area to carry on with the celebration on February 27.

WTF Alert: Roseanne Barr Blames Suicide of Marie Osmond’s Son on Sexual Preference, Church


Late last month, the 17-year old son of Marie Osmond jumped from his Los Angeles apartment building and killed himself.

It was a tragic event and the reaction of most celebrities was to pass along their sympathy to the family before politely leaving the Osmonds alone. Except for Roseanne Barr, that is.

The former sitcom star has taken to her blog and randomly cited Marie’s son’s homosexuality as the basis for his death, placing a lot of blame on the Osmond’s church and pretty much calling Marie a liar.

She wrote the following:

marie osmonds poor gay son killed himself… because he had been told how wrong and how sick he was every day of his life by his church and the people in it. Calling that “depression” is a lie!

Yet the Osmonds still talk lovingly about their church, saying nothing about its extremely anti-gay Crusade. Marie also has a gay daughter! Hey, I want her and all the gay kids in the world to know that they are just fine being gay and that they deserve love and respect instead of insults and rebuke! I have gay people in my family and my circle of friends and I am kicking bigot ass and taking names!

She continued:

Marie please don’t talk about how your faith in your church has helped you get through this one! Please get some integrity and tell that church of yours that you will leave it and stop giving it ten percent of your money if they don’t stop trying to destroy your kids’ and all gay people’s civil rights and dreams and hopes!!

G-d is trying to use you for something good and this is your opportunity! Your church is wrong and on the wrong wrong wrong side of things! Get as vocal about that as you are about your diet. G-d bless you too, Marie.

Kate Gosselin will juggle her brood and ballroom dancing “very carefully”

Everyone’s talking about Kate Gosselin’s new gig on Dancing With the Stars. But how will the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality star balance being a mom of eight little ones in the family’s Pennsylvania hometown by day, and a Los Angeles dancing queen by night? “Very carefully! I’m going to commute back and forth every week. I’ll be at home with the kids, and every Sunday I’ll go out to LA. I’ll come back every Tuesday night on the red-eye,” she told In Touch of her carefully constructed schedule at the Discovery Channel’s Life screening in New York on March 4. The blond mom added that she’ll practice her moves in a makeshift dance studio in the basement of her home with her professional partner, Tony Dovolani. “I typically work out when they’re in bed at night, so now I will be dancing when they’re in bed at night!” she said. Catch Kate and her competitors, including Pamela Anderson and Shannen Doherty, on the 10th season of the ABC hit series, premiering March 22.

Jon Gosselin Wishes Kate Luck on Dancing with the Stars … But Does He Mean it?!


She is far from the most seasoned contender on Dancing with the Stars, but Kate Gosselin is already popular with the cast and has tons of fans pulling for her.

Even Jon Gosselin says he’s on Team Kate.

Now that’s saying something. The previous time he was aligned with that woman, dude ended up with eight kids, a midlife crisis at 32 and fat child support payments.

“Congratulations to Kate for joining the new season of DWTS. I am thrilled for her. She has my support and vote,” the douchebag wrote on Twitter, diplomatically.

Apparently in a peacemaking mood (Morgan Christie must have put out), Jon added, “Here is to 2010 for new beginnings and leaving the past mistakes in 2009.”

Amazing these two didn’t work out.

That was really nice of Jon, but if Hailey Glassman has taught us anything, it’s that his Johnson is two inches long you can’t always take what he says at face value.

A source close to the infamous father says that “Jon’s extremely angry because doing Dancing with the Stars will keep [Kate] away from their children for days.”

Moreover, “she still won’t let him have extra custody … nannies will watch them instead.” At least that leaves more time for a Jon Gosselin nude Playgirl shoot.

Jon’s rep insisted that the source is bogus, and that no matter what people say, “He’s happy for her. She’s part of his family and he supports her 100 percent.”
