2009, recently lost more than 40 pounds — and gained the title of fashionista. “I still wake up every day and say, ‘I can’t believe this is actually happening!’” Ozzy’s dolled-up daughter told In Touch about being called a style icon at the G-Star RAW Fall Fashion Show in New York on February 16. Kelly has also left the dark side by going back to her natural blond. “I was born with blond hair. I dyed my hair black when I was in my moody, gothic phase,” she added. Despite her svelte new physique, thanks to her recent stint on Dancing With the Stars and a healthy new diet, don’t expect Kelly to soon be scary skinny. “I’m happy with how I am. I don’t want to be one of those people that looks like a lollipop,” she laughed.

“I was in solitary confinement for three weeks in a 104-degree cell infested with rats and roaches,” Lane tells In Touch exclusively.

After overcoming a tough childhood to pursue a promising acting career, Lane Garrison landed his first big role on the hit show Prison Break and was living the Hollywood dream. Then in one night, everything came crashing down. On December 2, 2006, after drinking too much at a party, he got behind the wheel of his car and hit a tree, killing one of his three passengers. “I will never forget what I did,” Lane tells In Touch in an exclusive interview. Although Lane only ended up serving 22 months behind bars, he endured the horrors of eight different prisons, starting with an LA county jail, where he was strip-searched and chained to a metal chair before being tossed into an area called “the snake pit.” “That was one of the roughest places. You’re in survival mode from sunup to sundown,” Lane says. He insists he was never physically assaulted — but the mental torture was traumatic for Lane. “In Chino prison in Northern California, I was in solitary confinement for three weeks in a 104-degree cell infested with rats and roaches,” he recalls. “The only time I had contact with the outside world was when I got my meals through a slot. I didn’t do anything to warrant solitary, but that’s just where they put me.”

It was a family affair at Justin Timberlake’s William Rast fashion show as his parents, Lynn and Paul, sat in the front row next to his girlfriend Jessica Biel.

Biel, Lynn says, is “one of us.” That should quiet any breakup rumors!

“She’s amazing. She’s so down-to-earth and her family is great,” says Lynn, adding that Justin and Jess click. “They’re both very funny and creative.”

During the show, which was sponsored by Sony, Biel often leaned over to whisper to a friend in the seat next to her about the many different looks.

With her busy schedule, she was probably just happy to be there.

She’s been promoting her new film Valentine’s Day and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro last month to raise awareness and funds for the global water crisis.

“She was at my house around Christmas and there was this crazy noise coming from my gym,” says Lynn of her potential future daughter-in-law.

“To get ready for the climb, [Jessica Biel] had the treadmill to the highest level, running with a 40-lb. backpack. I want to be her when I grow up.”

So, is Biel “The One” for her son?

“You should ask him. I’ve thought that before,” Lynn says, cutely with her fingers crossed. “They’re young, though. They have plenty of time.”

Not too much time, though.

“I’ve had friends who have grandchildren and I’ve tried to express to him that I’m losing that race!” she jokes, dropping hints to her son.

They could have gone on tour together, trading off opening acts at each stop, joining each other on stage for duets that would have left the crowd in tears of joy.

Alas, there will be no coupling up between the two hottest singers under the age of 18 because Justin Bieber was asked by radio station Z100 about Miley Cyrus this week and responded:

“Nooooooo, not my type.”

We always knew we liked this Bieber guy!

Justin didn’t elaborate on why he would never date Miley, but we’d cite her horrible acting or atrocious wardrobe as the leading factors.

Fortunately, Cyrus doesn’t need Bieber. She has Liam Hemsworth to pretend to date in order to publicize their upcoming movie together before going their separate ways go home to.

Although the pop star is on a strict $1,500-a-week allowance monitored by her father, Jamie, she recently shelled out nearly $750,000 to completely renovate her Calabasas, Calif., home — including $150,000 on new furniture, $200,000 on artwork, $100,000 on a new bathroom, $150,000 on electronics and even close to $100,000 on Venetian plaster walls. “Britney remodeled her entire home,” her friend reveals. “She loves spending money and was able to persuade her father to give it to her.” On February 10, Britney, 29, was also spotted with her bodyguard trying out a sleek, custom Maserati in LA. “They were test-driving this amazing car, but oddly she never got behind the wheel,” says a witness. “Her bodyguard took it out for a spin, while she talked on the phone.” Britney did go low-budget on Valentine’s Day though: She and boyfriend Jason Trawick were spotted at a McDonald’s drive-thru. “Britney loves bargain stores like Target, but she can have very, very expensive tastes, too,” says a friend. The Maserati sports car Britney was checking out sells for about $150,000, which is tough to afford on her weekly allowance.

Vienna Girardi is one of two women left on The Bachelor. As she battles with Tenley Molzahn for the final rose, America learns one shady thing about her after another.

Yesterday, we reported that The Bachelor bad girl was involved with a secret boyfriend before, during and since returning home from taping the ABC non-reality show.

While Vienna Girardi has been accused of stalking her ex, Brian Lee Smith, he personally was arrested in October of last year for trespassing at her parents’ home.

Smith was arrested oshortly before Vienna left to film The Bachelor. A Girardi source says the two are over, and Smith was refusing to let go of their relationship.

Vienna has been accused of not leaving Smith and his new girlfriend alone since she returned home from taping The Bachelor. But a source close to her says, on the contrary, that Vienna has not seen Brian since he was arrested in her yard.

The source claims that Smith simply could not accept they were over and was even banging on the front door at Vienna’s parents house the night he was arrested.

As for Vienna’s take on the drama? “She’s pretty much over it,” the source said.

The friend claims that when Vienna found out in the summer of 2009 that she was going to be a contestant on The Bachelor, she decided to break up with Smith.

That’s when she set her sights on Jake Pavelka. But does she deserve him?!

The Hills star Kristin Cavallari has bigger problems than terrible choices in men. She raised eyebrows for all the wrong reasons during Super Bowl weekend in Miami.

“She was wasted the entire time,” a source says, and we’re not talking about margaritas. “She was going around to everyone, asking them to score her some coke.”

Cavallari’s lawyer refutes these Us Weekly allegations, but those close to the party girl 23-year-old say those Super Bowl antics are not only true, but typical.

“Her issues are becoming apparent to everyone,” an insider reveals. “She’s doing coke, getting scary-thin and not showering regularly… She’s clearly unhealthy.”

Not showering regularly? Man, Justin-Bobby sure did a number on her.

It’s also effecting her “work,” if you can call it that. The erratic, gaunt actress reality star has become chronically tardy to Hills tapings, if she shows up at all.

The Hills broaching her drug use may be just a matter of time, too.

“Her drug problem finally became an unavoidable conversation topic on film,” an insider says. “If MTV decides to use the footage, it will be clear to everyone.”

Along with 22 other aspiring stars, these crooners will compete for viewer votes next week on the show, as performances go live and phone lines open up for all contestants.
